Pros:

Ristorante gourmet di livello. Spazi esterni e interni ampi e ben seviti. Bella piscina esterna, buona spa. Cocktail bar strepitoso

Pros:

Notre séjour au Borgo La Chiaracia a été extrêmement agréable.

Le cadre est magnifique et paisible, avec peu d'enfants. L'hôtel rappelle judicieusement aux clients que le spa et les abords de la piscine sont des zones de tranquillité (sans téléphone, vidéos ou jeux vidéo) 👏, ce qui nous a permis de vraiment recharger nos batteries. C'est exactement ce que nous recherchions.

​L'hôtel est très propre et les chambres sont spacieuses. Le personnel est aimable et avenant.

​Enfin, la présence de bornes pour véhicules électriques est un vrai plus, mais il est dommage qu'elles ne soient pas en libre accès. Il ne s'agit pas d'une question de paiement (il est normal de payer ce que l'on consomme), mais plutôt de pouvoir brancher et débrancher notre véhicule à notre guise, sans avoir à solliciter le personnel.

​Si l'occasion se représente, nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

Cons:

Nous avons toutefois remarqué que certains membres de l'équipe manquaient un peu d'énergie ou d'une vue d'ensemble de la salle et de la terrasse, ce qui nous a parfois donné le sentiment d'être oubliés.

Indimenticabile.
Pros:

È diventato ormai il mio punto di riferimento, il posto nel quale rifugiarmi a prescindere dalle stagioni e dalle situazioni, che sia per staccare la spina o per lavorare in tranquillità o concedermi un weekend di vacanza.

Lo staff è a livelli molto alti. La cura e l’attenzione al cliente, fanno la differenza rispetto a situazioni di simile livello, ma nelle quali prevale il distacco e la freddezza. Qui no: qui si ricordano nomi, abitudini, date di compleanno. Si capisce un bisogno ancor prima di esplicitarlo. È tutto questo fa la differenza.
Per non parlare della location in sé: non si descrive; si vive.

Cons:

Se proprio devo fare un appunto, e mi devo sforzare per cercare qualcosa di meno positivo nell’eccellenza, è il caffè.

Great relaxing stay
Pros:

The pool was extremely refreshing. Actually there are two pools and we swam in the bigger one outside that has lounge chairs as the other pool is half indoor half outdoor but more of a wading pool than a pool for swimming. We were met by a kind staff, even though we got to the hotel quite late and they kindly took our luggage straight to the room and parked our car for us. The room was perfect it was comfortable and modern and clean. A coffee machine was provided in the room. The breakfast was very nice although the buffet was limited the food was top-notch. The ricotta cheese was the best I have ever had. They also have an à la carte menu. The spa itself was lovely, although unfortunately we did not have time to take advantage of their spa procedures, although it looked very inviting.

Pros:

Ci è piaciuto davvero tutto, abbiamo soggiornato solo due notti, purtroppo, ma questo breve soggiorno ci ha rigenerati nel corpo e nello spirito. Impeccabili tutti i servizi, dall'accoglienza alla Spa, passando per il ristorante e il bar.

Exceptionnel. Cadre splendide. Tout était parfait.
Pros:

Tout. Élégance, calme absolu. Hotel intimiste. Personnel adorable. Sobriété des lieux : un vrai luxe. Une très belle découverte. Repos assuré. Petit déjeuner et dîner très bons. Parenthèse enchantée, dans un environnement magnifique (entre vignes et champs de blé).

Cons:

Rien à redire. Tout était parfait.

We loved it and wish to come back in the future.
Pros:

We’ve booked the suite. Very nice room and convenient. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were helpful and friendly. The sauna and other facilities were prefect.

Cons:

dopo cena pur avendo uno spazio importante con un pianoforte sarebbe gradevole 2 ore di musica suonata .
Bar piscina non operativo sarebbe stato meglio ponte lungo 2 giugno averlo aperto .
