Excelente, personal muy atento y amable.
Pros:

Las instalaciones excelentes, el personal muy atento y amable, me colaboraron con las consultas y solicitudes para mis abuelos que son adultos mayores.
Las piscinas muy limpias, un lugar excelente para relajarse.

Pros:

the location is excellent if you want to scape from traffic . it is peaceful and full nature . my family and I enjoyed the hot springs water . The restaurant was great and food was delicious too . the server explained everything and guides us to taste authentic costa Rica food

Cons:

well they need to upgrade the bathrooms in the rooms as well from the hot spring waters area, more light pads. can be dangerous walking at night from cabins to restaurant, but overall, it is a great place to disconnect

Pros:

Es un lugar muy bien ubicado rodeado de exhuberante naturaleza y un gran rio, las piscinas muy frescas y limpias.
Restaurante muy buena calidad y precios bien comodos, cuesta encontrar un lugar con esa calidad de alimentos y el precio que brindan.
Un lugar muy tranquilo sobre todo en temporada baja para quien busque relajacion maxima.

Cons:

En terminos generales todo esta bien, solo el restaurante un poco lento el servicio pero lo compensa con la calidad y el precio de los platos.
