Pros:

クリーニングが丁寧にされていて、よかったです。
またホテルは大通りに面しているので、夜も安心して外出できました。

Cons:

チェックイン前の荷物の預入れの流れがわかりにくいです。そしてロッカーが2段になっているので、上段を利用する際、スーツケースが持ち上げにくく、大変でした。

Pros:

日系のホテルなので、フロントの方も日本語が通じるため安心です。美味しい朝ごはん付きなのも大変ありがたいです。
地下鉄の駅からは少し離れていますが、平坦な道なのでキャリーケースを持っていても問題ないですし、バス停が近くにあるので便利です。

Cons:

チェックアウト時、荷物を預けたくて聞いたらロッカー使ってくださいと、ぶっきらぼうに指示されたのが少し残念に感じました。チェックアウトの時間で人が多かったのもあり仕方ないと思いますが、もったいなかったです。
