I don't like it, I take weekend at the place to stay away from home and I didn't enjoy even the pool not heated

Maybe only the breakfast

Cons:

Parking not free and no body tell me about
The smell of the room when I entered its like someone smell
The body lotion very less only 1 pcs and I put that I will have 2 person

Great hotel and location. Parking fees need to either go away or be reduced significantly.
Pros:

Especially for long stays and Hyatt house (any hyatt house for that matter) is ideal.
This particular hotel, fairly new and has the kitchennette area very well stocked. The location is ideal if you are looking to visit different parts of bay area, as it sits centrally in the bay area.

Cons:

I really do not see any real reason to charge for parking in a city like San Jose, where there is ample space.
I understand it is a revenue stream but charging $20/night is outrageous as it quickly adds up if you are staying for longer.

For a big corporation, they couldn't provide complimentary bottled water in the room. Breakfast was disappointing.

Don’t stay there
Cons:

The room smelled like flavored cigarette. The bathroom also had a very strange odor. I had to request housekeeping to come clean it. Phone does not have a list of phone directory.

Comfortable and spacious for 6 people!
Pros:

The property was beautiful and super clean. It was small but really spacious! Definitely will be back in the future!

Cons:

You have to pay for parking which is the only bad thing but there are other options that can help you out with that

Great Hotel Room, Lots of space, great cost/benefit, BUT expensive Parking.

A good Cost/Benefit. I like the space of the room and location.
