Everything was wonderful and I would highly recommend this place
Pros:

I liked everything! The location, the service, the comfort, and the breakfast

Cons:

The only thing I didn’t like is about having to pay for parking. Specially when the facility doesn’t become responsible if something happens to your car.

I don't like it, I take weekend at the place to stay away from home and I didn't enjoy even the pool not heated

Great hotel and location. Parking fees need to either go away or be reduced significantly.
Pros:

Especially for long stays and Hyatt house (any hyatt house for that matter) is ideal.
This particular hotel, fairly new and has the kitchennette area very well stocked. The location is ideal if you are looking to visit different parts of bay area, as it sits centrally in the bay area.

Cons:

I really do not see any real reason to charge for parking in a city like San Jose, where there is ample space.
I understand it is a revenue stream but charging $20/night is outrageous as it quickly adds up if you are staying for longer.

For a big corporation, they couldn't provide complimentary bottled water in the room. Breakfast was disappointing.
