La ubicación es buena, muy cerca al metro.

Cons:

Nos tocaron dos cucarachas enormed en la habitación, nos dieron cambio de habitación pero ya no estábamos agosto, nos retiramos del lugar y no quisier9n reembolsar nada. Solo perdimos el dinero. Pedimos mas toallas porque tapamos las coladeras con las que teníamos pero dijeron que no podían darnos más. Luego vimos que la cucaracha salió de la pared.

Vale a pena pelo custo-benefício e localização
Pros:

Eu gostei muito da localização.
Pelo fato de ter um Walmart do lado (e como tava chovendo todo dia - setembro de 2026), era uma boa poder ir sem se molhar. No 1º piso, tem KFC e Starbucks.
Outra vantagem é que tem a entrada para a estação de metrô de Nativitas (ao lado do Walmart). O metrô é muito barato, só 5 pesos. Lá vc pega a Linha 2, que passa de 3 em 3 minutos, que vai direto para alguns pontos turísticos do centro histórico. Barato e rápido, mas evite os horários de rush, porque lota muito.
O hotel fornece garrafa de água mineral de 600ml todos os dias. Isso é importante, porque a água do México passa por um sistema muito antigo de tubulação, e tem uma bactéria ao qual brasileiros não estão acostumados. Assim, para quem é sensível, vale a pena escovar os dentes com água mineral.

Cons:

Não tem frigobar no quarto. Aí, não dava para comprar alguns itens (tal como pet grande coca-cola) porque não tinha onde guardar para manter gelado.

E, para brasileiros, o café da manhã não é muito bom.
Os pães (que são fornecidos pelo Walmart ao lado) são secos, tanto os salgados quanto os doces. O café é fraco, e não tem queijo, nem presunto fatiado.
É típico do México, tem feijão, omelete, nachos, algum cozido com carne e muita, muita pimenta no formato de molhos.
Deixei de ir ao café da manhã por uns dois dias porque não gostei muito das opções.

Worse experience ever because of a taxi driver recommended by the hotel staff

Overall, staff and service was good but.......

Cons:

I went to the reception to find out about how to get around the city, they recommendeded me a taxi driver who's working for them. That guy is a scammer, he was trying to take money out of my pocket unfortunately i did not report him.
Unexpectedly, when I needed to go to the airport I go to the reception asking them questions about how to book an Uber, they once more recommended me a taxi but that was the same guy who went on a city tours with me and whom I blocked on my WhatsApp for Harassing me for money he didn't work for. On my way to the airport, that guy Threatened me in the car, I had to get off the car and stop another taxi to go to the airport. I wanted to go back to the hotel to make a report unfortunately I was running out of time, and the next taxi driver didn't no the hotel's address. I send an email to the hotel to explain to them about what happen but they don't respond. My life was in danger because of them, and I want to put the letter that I sent to the hotel public so that everyone can see it because it explain the whole story and has every single details about what happened. tha was one one the Worse expérience of my life ever.

Safe, comfortable and close to walmart for conveinance food and shopping - value for money
Pros:

The staff were exceptionally friendly and accomodating,great team and breakfast is great as its tasty hot and lots of choice

Nice staff, enough space of the room, and good breakfast
Pros:

Location close to Walmart and Metro, with a spacious room. Quality breakfast and enough time available to eat breakfast

Cons:

No Frig and hot pot.
I find it a bit difficult to communicate with some of the staff.
