Great place to stay with easy access to the city
Pros:

Location was great with easy access to Nativitas station which took approximately 45 mins from the Aiport Terminal 1. I love to use public transport which cost me 22p (GB pound) which is great value. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. There is a huge Walmart next door as well as loads of restaurants.

Cons:

Like most places in Mexico it was noisy but I stayed during the World Cup when Mexico played England🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿🇲🇽

Trato como en casa
Pros:

La atención. Muy amigable, familiar, relajada. Da una sensación de confianza

Cons:

En el estacionamiento había coches mal estacionados, invadiendo el cajón de a lado, impidiendo usarlo.
Sería bueno un mejor control de ello, incluso solicitar al huésped que se estacione correctamente

Excelente servicio.
Pros:

El personal es muy amable, el hotel es muy accesible pues puedes llevar alimentos y bebidas a la habitación además de que tienen el servico gratis de hielo a la habitación. La verdad es que tienen un excelente servicio en general.

Cons:

El ruido de los carros pero sé que es algo que no está en manos del hotel.

Check-in só as 15h em ponto. Para pegar um secador na recepção tem que deixar um documento pessoal como "garantia".. ilógico!!

Que me facilito mis actividades su excelente ubicación, que tiene a un lado centro comercial, variedad de alimentos y todo lo que necesitaba lo obtuve rapidísimo
