I would not stay there again.
Pros:

The hotel did not have a breakfast. I ate at a separate restaurant.

Cons:

I should have chosen a room with a window. That was my fault. I would advise anyone else to GET THE ROOM WITH A WINDOW!

Pros:

The location is so convenient was able to walk to restaurants and around town in the evening. Super friendly staff. Very cool building for a hotel.

Cons:

The air was out in the upstairs stairway/hallway. It would be nice to have better coffee access in the morning other than having to order room service. Wish the game room and all was open!!
