Абсолютное разочарование, в первую очередь в порядочности персонала. Из-за некорректной работы банковского терминала списание денег с карты произвели дважды. Мы оперативно показали выписки, отель взял время на проверку в банке. После подтверждения из банка, отель признал нашу правоту и обещал возвратить деньги на карту ( уже после нашего отъезда). Но...прошел почти месяц, отель деньги не вернул и игнорирует наши сообщения... Такое в нашей практике впервые. Конечно, сам Шеки-замечательный городок , но в этом отеле останавливаться не рекомендуем

Over night stay
Pros:

Very very very pleasant stuff!!!
Dinner in the restaurant was good.
SPA - used some, was not bad.
Got massage - good and professional, at least for such money.

Cons:

Bed, pillows- very old and inconvenient.
Must of sport equipment in fitness is broken.
The hotel looks old, not so clean, require maintenance.
Breakfast under each expectation.
