Good , but security and safety needs to be better
Pros:

location was good , modern rooms , staff were lovely , helpful

Cons:

Very noisy , a lot of sketchy people loitering outside and loads of homeless , Rooms rlly loud people slamming doors at all hours and someone fiddling with the handle on our door early hours of the morning

Trevlig personal och promenadavstånd till centrala london

Cons:

Störande trafik från gatan utanför och ingen AC på rummet gjorde att det var väldigt varmt och levde om på nätterna

Amazing
Pros:

All of it the customer service was amazing and the room exceeded my expectations and everything overall was wonderful even the location was very nice. The room is exactly as the pictures. Very spacious and I decorated it for a birthday. They accept Amazon parcels
