The location was perfect for a hub to visit nearby towns.
Stayed here as a stop over driving down South. Felt safe as a single mum with 3 kids. Nice pub. Comfortable. Great petrol station over the road with some cool food options. Close to village with food and shopping options. Used the Co-op and Big Papas pizza.
An alarm went off overnight, The Pub? If not then nothing they could do about it, but was a bit annoying as it woke us up. But could have been from surrounding area. I did ask reception for replacement bedding as we had a spill, none arrived, but not the end of the world and didn't chase up. Had to Google how to get the universal remote control to work, instructions would have been helpful!

Pub seemed barren,few customers very loud music blasting out no one could hear themselves understand if it was crowded and buzzing but it was virtually empty.
