Clean, comfortable rooms, friendly staff and good food.
Pros:

The location is good. Easy to get to the hospital which is what we needed but also a good base to visit Blackburn and the surrounding areas.
The rooms were clean and comfortable and the staff were helpful and friendly.

Disappointed
Pros:

Staff tried to help and were courteous, polite, helpful and friendly

Cons:

The room was full of faults and broken furnishings. Dated. In desperate need of repairs and updates to the decor!
Wi-fi connection was not working at all despite contacting customer service to report it I failed to get access the whole time I was there. Not that staff didn’t try to help but they couldn’t resolve the problem.

clean, bed comfy, good breakfast
Pros:

the room was lovely and clean but very cold, i tried to alter the heating but all it did was blow more cold air into the room, i had already been into the pub for a meal which was mediocre at the best basically warm microwaved food not the greatest, the staff seemed to be more interested in going home and were regularly seen coming up to tables and just cleaning around, there was an event on and it seemed once this was over they wanted everyone out. when i got to my room and found it really cold i went back to the bar 10.25pm but it was closed so i couldnt ask anyone for more blankets , breakfast was better and had everything on hand , would i stay again prob as the bed was comfy but i did add my coat over the quilt to keep warm , maybe spend another time in summer

Good value lovely room
Pros:

The bedroom and bathroom were great size tea and coffee facilities good also.

Cons:

Bin was not emptied and used takeaway cups and containers left did smell in the room a little. I should have asked or emptied but felt it was too late to bother the staff in the pub.
Late night doors creaking and banging till late which made me a little restless.
