Очень хороший небольшой отель. Чисто и комфортно. Вся техника в номере прекрасно работала. Прибирались каждый день. Вежливый и отзывчивый персонал, пару раз выручили, дав утюг и дополнительные пакетики с кофе/чаем.
Наш номер выглядел немного не так, как на фото (поменялась мебель), но в целом с ожиданиями совпал.
Расположение хорошее. Мечеть спать не мешала. Вокруг рестораны с высокими ценами. Но буквально в 10 минутах ходьбы ценник на порядок ниже. Так же рядом есть минимаркет, супермаркет и алкогольный магазин.

Barrio muy tranquilo y cerca de la Mezquita Azul y la Santa Ana.

Era más chico de lo que me había mostrado la foto de Booking y además no tenía casi nada de vajilla y elementos para cocinar...x ejemplo no teníamos donde hacernos tostadas ni café, solo tenía una pava eléctrica...

Прекрасный небольшой и очень уютный отель в Стамбуле, расположенный всего в 5 минутах ходьбы от площади Султанахмет и Айя-Софии. Очень удобное расположение для знакомства с историческим центром города. Номера чистые, комфортные и хорошо оборудованы, а атмосфера в отеле спокойная и по-настоящему домашняя.

Особую благодарность хочется выразить администратору Сирач бею за его гостеприимство, внимательное отношение и готовность всегда помочь. Благодаря его заботе пребывание в отеле было особенно приятным и комфортным.

С удовольствием остановлюсь здесь снова и с уверенностью рекомендую этот отель всем, кто планирует поездку в Стамбул!

Appena accettabile. Positivo il personale.

Colazione portata dall'Italia. L'hotel non ha fatto trovare alcunchè.

Cons:

Mancavano le stoviglie (pentole, padelle, pentolini), tazze, generi essenziali (sale e zucchero) obbligatorie poichè la struttura offre la cucina. Ripiani del frigorifero rotti e mancanti. Neanche un po' d'acqua in bottiglia all'accoglienza notturna. Motore di un gruppo frigorifero di un locale confinante acceso giorno e notte nel cortiletto interno con un rumore fastidioso attenuabile solo chiudendo le finestre.

Pros:

El trato del personal, la relación costo-beneficio, la ubicación. Todo estuvo perfecto..la habitación de muy buen tamaño. Y todo funcionó muy bien. Nos ayudaron mucho con el transporte al aeropuerto y estuvieron en comunicación constante desde snres de llegar. Muy recomendable.

Está muy bien ubicado, a 5 minutos de la plaza de Sultanamet. Muy limpio, cambiaban todos los días las toallas. La cama, muy cómoda.

Great place to explore the town
Pros:

I went with my 2 kids, and the place was super for us. The host is super responsive and helped us to book transport to the airport, very welcoming people! The room had everything we needed, it was the first floor to the street, and it was quiet for a good night sleep. Minimum walk and you are at the door of the Blue Mosque; the location is great to visit the old town and surrounding areas. I would definitively come back if I have the chance to visit Istambul again.

Great location, outdated rooms — and please treat your staff better.
Pros:

The location is excellent. Right next to the Blue Mosque, with a stunning view of the sea from a steep, charming street. Two mosques are visible directly from the hotel, and the call to prayer can always be heard — truly magical. Plenty of great restaurants and cafés nearby, plus a small supermarket with everything you need. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was cleaned daily.

Cons:

The room is quite outdated and needs serious renovation. There is a hole in the wall where an outlet should be, and a nail sticking out of the wall — a real safety hazard. The bathroom window cannot be fully closed, which was fine in spring but would likely make the room very cold in winter. The bathroom light is also very dim, and there is no elevator — only a narrow staircase.
The TV only offers Turkish channels, which may be an issue for international guests.
One thing that stood out was the layout: to leave the hotel, you have to walk directly past the receptionist's desk and can see straight onto his screen. It often felt uncomfortable, as though you were interrupting him.
Most importantly — the receptionists appear to work shifts of 14 to 15 hours or more. That is simply not acceptable, and I would strongly urge the owner to reflect on whether they would be willing to work under those same conditions.
