Good stay
Pros:

Very mixed. Some staff were superb, others not so. Room was clean, bathroom very good, but views were not the best. No Aircon. Breakfast good but restaurant closed on day we arrived. Location fine for views,but last rain from town is 8pm

Bel établissement sur les hauteurs de Heidelberg
Pros:

Le cadre, la vue, la grande chambre, literie très confortable

Cons:

Il faisait un peu chaud sous les toits (pas de clim).
Le buffet du petit déjeuner pourrait être plus fourni pour le prix (17€).

Charmant hotel met een mooi uitzicht.
Pros:

Het uizicht! Het terras voor het hotel met super uitzicht. De bergbahn is om de hoek en brengt je eenvoudig in de oude stad en als hotelgasten krijg ke 50% korting. Mooi meegenomen
Ruime hoeveelheid parkeerplaatsen.

Cons:

Kamers zijn wat klein maar dat wisten we van te voren.

Preis- Leistungsverhältnis stimmt nicht

Hotel ist schön gelegen und bietet eine super Aussicht auf Heidelberg

Cons:

Beim Check-In wurden wir darauf hingewiesen, dass sich eine Station der Bergbahn in unmittelbarer Nähe befindet. Aber leider nicht, dass man als Hotelgast ermäßigt fahren kann.
Weiter wurde erklärt, dass am Samstag eine Veranstaltung stattfindet und das Lokal und die Bar geschlossen sind. Fanden wir äußerst ungünstig. Wir durften uns allerdings auf die Terrasse mit unseren mitgebrachten Speisen und Getränken setzen. Ein sehr netter Mitarbeiter versorgte uns dann zusätzlich noch mit einem Freigetränk und einem leckeren Brot und Butter. In der Nacht konnte einer von uns nicht schlafen, da die Musik und die Gäste anschließend auf dem Flur sehr laut waren; auch ungünstig. Der Übernachtungspreis wurde auf Nachfrage in Abzug gebracht, allerdings kein Wort der Entschuldigung. Auch beim Frühstück stimmt das Preis - Leistungsverhältnis nicht. Von einem 4 Sterne-Hotel hatten wir mehr erwartet...

Locatie en omgeving

Cons:

Er was een feest tot 02:00uur met hele harde muziek, hierdoor niet kunnen slapen. Naar beneden gegaan om 1.30uur, manager gesproken bod excuses aan. Ontbijt gratis gekregen hierdoor, maar goed onze nachtrust was niet goed. Wij moesyen andere dag nog eind rijden naar huis, dit was niet prettig.
Bij uitchecken was er niemand bij de receptie, gezocht naar personeel maar niemand te vinden.

Die Lage ist nicht zu überbieten

Cons:

Wir hatten ein kleines Zimmer und blickten auf eine Mauer sowie den Parkplatz…
Das Frühstück für 30 Euro war den Preis nicht wert, auch wenn es wirklich wunderbaren frisch gepressten Orangensaft gab.

Pros:

Easy access down to the old town. Fresh orange juice for breakfast. Great views from the terrace and breakfast room.

Cons:

Wunderschöner Ausblick
Pros:

Super Lage mit tollem Ausblick,sehr nettes,hilfsbereites Personal,gutes Frühstück mit frischem Orangensaft,Zahnradbahn(fährt zum Schloss und in die Altstadt)und Bushaltestelle direkt am Hotel,tolles Wochenende

Cons:

Am Sonntag ereicht man das Hotel nur mit Taxi oder Zahnradbahn,wenn man ohne Auto anreist.Bad etwas eng,aber neu und sauber!

Keine 4 Sterne wert! Unfreundliches Personal. Restaurant spontan zu. Unmöglich!

Die Aussicht und das kostenfreie Parken.

Cons:

Sehr unfreundliches Personal, Restaurant hatte spontan geschlossen obwohl es im Internet sowie im dortigen Aushang als Geöffnet stand.
Somit mussten wir nach Heidelberg runter obwohl wir eigentlich entspannt oben auf dem Berg essen wollten.
Im Zimmer waren Ameisen, der Fön war verbrannt und die Ausstattung billig, z.B. Plastikbecher etc...
Türschloss war ebenfalls DEFEKT!
Dieses Hotel sind niemals 4 Sterne!
Nie wieder....sorry!
