Ein tolles Hotel!
Pros:

Ein wunderbarer Ort! So ein schöner Ausblick und die Lage ist hervorragend, um Heidelberg zu erkunden oder einfach zu genießen - oder zu heiraten, zu feiern oder ähnlich.
Die Bahn ist um die Ecke und man ist schnell sowohl im Zentrum als auch beim Schloss oder auf dem Königsstuhl.
Das Frühstück war klein, aber frisch und gut. Gute Brötchen und frischer Orangensaft.
Das Zimmer war gut ausgestattet, Temperatur war ok, es gibt einen Ventilator
Das Personal war sehr lieb und bemüht.

Ich glaube, es fehlen ein paar Mitarbeiter

Prima voor doorreis, als je van rust houdt en vroeg naar bed wil

Prachtig uitzicht vanaf het terras.
Vriendelijk personeel.

Cons:

Hotel is aan vernieuwing toe. Tapijt op de grond. Kleine kamers.
Hotel bovenaan de berg, laatste gondel gaat om 20.00 uur omhoog, helaas mis je daardoor de hele avond in Heidelberg.
Steile weg met haarspeldbochten naar boven.

Sehr freundlicher Empfang, tolle Zimmer,
Essen im Restaurant für den Preis etwas unter der Erwartung aber noch okay,
Aussicht und Lage fantastisch.

Pros:

Günstig, gut gelegen, viele kostenfreie Parkplätze. Zimmer OK, Bad in unserem Zimmer war ziemlich neu.

Cons:

Alles etwas in die Jahre gekommen, muffiger Geruch im ganzen Haus.

Cons:

Chambre bcp trop petite
L'emplacement de l'hôtel qui n'est pas accessible après 20h ( horaire du dernier funiculaire).
Pas de restaurants à proximité.
On se sent un peu isolé

Laadpaal beschikbaar. Prima bed.
Personeel was vriendelijk en probeerde te communiceren in het Engels.

Cons:

Vanaf het bed kijk je zo het toilet in met glazen deur. In de gangen hangt een rioollucht

Pros:

Die Aussicht war das einzig gute.

Cons:

Personal hat man nie aufgefunden. Unsere Dusche hatte nur kaltes Wasser. Man kommt nach 20Uhr nur noch mit dem Taxi oder dem Auto zum Hotel weil die Bahn nicht mehr fährt.

Tolle Aussicht über Heidelberg, sehr familiär, alles top!

Sehr schönes, auf dem bergliegendes Hotel mit Blick auf die Stadt. Gute Ausstattung, sehr nettes, zuvorkommendes Personal, gutes, frisches Frühstücksbuffet und tolle große Terrasse.

Pros:

Staff were excellent. Fantastic location. Room was well appointed, clean and comfortable. Great views and close to the funicular lift to the Schloss and Altstadt. Thoroughly enjoyed it and would stay again.

Cons:

I know that it has been unreasonably hot but the absence of air-conditioning and a poor fan made sleeping slightly uncomfortable.

Ontbijt was goed. Waren buiten seizoen om. Voelde als oud adellijk verblijf. Destijds luxe. Nu een goed comfortabel verblijf

magnifiek uitzicht
Pros:

super mooi uitzicht en het personeel was zeer vriendelijk en attent. de receptionist in de ochtend had echt plezier in zijn werk en had aandacht voor de gasten. we komen graag eens terug.

Ikke mulig å sitte ute eller inne pga veps. Kabelbanen gikk ikke som betjeningen sa. Ingen air condition, ca 30 grader på rommet ved ankomst.
