Important information:

Based on local tax laws, guests with a tourist visa to Israel are exempted from paying VAT for their reservation. Israeli citizens and residents ("non tourists" as defined in the VAT law) must pay VAT. This tax is automatically calculated in the total cost of the reservation for domestic customers. For guests booking from outside of Israel, the tax is not included in the total price.

The hotel is kosher, under the supervision of the Shoham Rabbinate.

Parking at the hotel is provided in an underground, automated, and covered facility. It is available to guests with valet assistance during designated hours, at an additional cost and upon availability. In the event of a technical malfunction, access to vehicles may be delayed until the issue has been resolved. We regret any inconvenience this may cause.

Bridal/groom preparations, and any wedding-related arrangements, including but not limited to external vendors and photography, are not permitted without prior booking of a designated preparation package and the corresponding room type.
Without such a package and/or prior coordination with the hotel, preparations and photography will not be allowed on the premises.

Late check-out beyond the check-out time stated in the booking confirmation will be permitted, subject to room availability, hotel approval, and an additional fee. Our clear and unambiguous recommendation: stay far away

We stayed at The Jaffa Hotel in Tel Aviv over the weekend (Saturday–Sunday) to celebrate my wife’s birthday, and the experience was a massive disappointment. A place charging 2,400 ILS per night is expected to deliver top-tier hospitality, but in reality, we received the service level of a low-end hostel.
Key issues from our stay:
Extreme overcrowding and zero service at the pool: The hotel was completely packed. For 20 minutes, there wasn't a single place to sit by the pool area. The pool staff didn't speak Hebrew, had bare minimum English skills, and offered zero assistance—to the point where I personally had to notify Ofer at the front desk just to get things sorted out.
Breakfast failure: The next morning, we ordered scrambled eggs and a brioche Hollandaise dish. We waited a full 45 minutes and the dishes simply never arrived, while tables seated after us were getting their food.
Low-quality food: The breakfast buffet was below average at best. Everything felt dry and stale—from the breads to the vegetables and cheeses, which had clearly been sitting out for far too long.
The frustration was so overwhelming that we simply got up and checked out.
When leaving, we voiced our deep disappointment to the front desk. Daniel offered us a "fun day" pass or a 50% discount on a future booking at this specific hotel, but who in their right mind would ever return after an experience like this?
