Based on local tax laws, guests with a tourist visa to Israel are exempted from paying VAT for their reservation. Israeli citizens and residents ("non tourists" as defined in the VAT law) must pay VAT. This tax is automatically calculated in the total cost of the reservation for domestic customers. For guests booking from outside of Israel, the tax is not included in the total price.
The hotel is kosher, under the supervision of the Shoham Rabbinate.
Parking at the hotel is provided in an underground, automated, and covered facility. It is available to guests with valet assistance during designated hours, at an additional cost and upon availability. In the event of a technical malfunction, access to vehicles may be delayed until the issue has been resolved. We regret any inconvenience this may cause.
Bridal/groom preparations, and any wedding-related arrangements, including but not limited to external vendors and photography, are not permitted without prior booking of a designated preparation package and the corresponding room type.
Without such a package and/or prior coordination with the hotel, preparations and photography will not be allowed on the premises.
Late check-out beyond the check-out time stated in the booking confirmation will be permitted, subject to room availability, hotel approval, and an additional fee. The additional fee does not include meals.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

In the interest of full disclosure, a manager did reach out to us later in our stay to ask how things were going. After hearing about our experience, she offered us compensation. We genuinely appreciated her effort to listen and attempt to make things right.
What we didn't like (-):
We traveled all the way from California for our wedding, expecting a "luxury" experience (as advertised by the Fattal collection), but the initial service fell completely short.
• Arrival: Our van was denied access to the driveway, leaving my husband to handle five heavy suitcases entirely on his own. Shockingly, a staff member sat nearby with his feet propped up on a chair, just watching him struggle instead of offering help. My husband had to go search for a luggage cart himself.
• Staff Communication: We explicitly asked and received permission to take our wedding photos in a specific area of the hotel. Yet, right after we got there and fully set up with our professional photography crew, another staff member approached and forced us to leave. It was incredibly humiliating on our wedding day.
• Food & Hygiene: We ordered room service for breakfast. Not only was the food unappetizing, but it was delivered on a filthy, rust-covered cart. This level of hygiene is completely unacceptable for any hotel, let alone a luxury one.
