Excelente Custo-benefício. Ótima estadia.
Pros:

Ótima localização, perto do Centro Histórico. Localizado em uma região agradável, perto de bons restaurantes. Equipe muito atenciosa. Café da manhã excelente. Recomendo.

Very good hotel with some room for improvements
Pros:

Hotel is easy to find, with convenient parking spaces and easy access. Staff nice and efficient, both in reception and restaurant. Rooms well sound-proofed, with comfy beds and sensible layout. A bottle of water was provided for free and tea amenities were available, as well as the fridge. Bathroom a bit dark, but with all stuff needed.

Cons:

Breakfast is not bad, but limited and a somewhat disappointing for the price (on higher side), comparing to other 4 stars hotels in Germany. Shower construction makes it very easy to splash the water over the bathroom, and since there was no cleaning or even towel replacement (maybe due to some mistake?) - we were left with several very wet towels for the second day.

Klasse, wir kommen gern wieder!
Pros:

Das Personal war super freundlich und das Zimmer war wunderschön eingerichtet. Es gab einen Kühlschrank mit einer Flasche Wasser. Ist nicht selbstverständlich! Die Atmosphäre im Hotel war einfach entspannt und super angenehm.

Ideale, zentral gelegene Unterkunft für unseren Opernbesuch in Dresden mit schicken Zimmern.
Pros:

„Die Lage ist super – mitten in der Stadt und mit kurzen Wegen zu den meisten Attraktionen. Auch die Einrichtung des Zimmers ist sehr geschmackvoll. Zudem waren Kaffee und Tee in ausreichendem Maße vorhanden, und der Kühlschrank im Zimmer war ebenfalls ein tolles Extra.“

„Die Klimaanlage sprang leider nach etwa einer Minute immer wieder in den Automatik-Modus. Dabei lief die Lüftung auf höchster Stufe und war extrem laut – vermutlich ein Defekt. Da wir nur für eine Nacht im Hotel waren, hatten wir keine Zeit mehr, dies vor Ort zu reklamieren. Zudem empfanden wir den Preis für das Frühstück als sehr hoch und haben daher darauf verzichtet. Im Zimmer selbst gibt es leider etwas zu wenige Haken für Garderobe und Kleidung.“
