旅行の前泊でリーズナブルで朝食付きでシャトルバスもあって良かった
Pros:

朝食を、5時半からにしてもらえたのは嬉しかった

Cons:

朝食のバイキングの片付けのゴミ箱が1つ溢れてて、奥にあるの気がつかなかったから、わかるようにしてもらえると助かった

Pros:

成田空港に近い。リムジンバスがある。朝食バイキング美味しかったです。空港、飛行機がよく見える

Cons:

わたし自身はなんの不満もなくよかったです。しかし友人は室内清掃時にテーブルに置いてあった大事な薬を勝手に処分されたときいて、それはあんまりだ‼️スタッフの教育がなされて無いと思い、チェックアウト時に受付に、この事を伝えた。

Great value layover hotel
Pros:

Convenient location to NRT, with a free airport shuttle. Everything is quick and efficient, and the staff is nice and helpful. Theres a Lawson convinence store in the lobby, and free breakfast is a plus, and quite substantial. Rooms are small, but you get what you pay for, and this is a good option for a layover or rest before continuing your journey. My partner and I used it to rest after a long flight before continuing to Osaka.

Cons:

Beds and pillows are VERY firm, but that's personal taste as someone from the US used to softer beds.

We booked a smoking room and expected and outside area within our room area to smoke in but could only smoke in the designated smoking area downstairs, would have been great to have a balcony or rooms with windows that could open completely

トータルでいくと良いです。又利用したいと思いました。
Pros:

バスの送迎がたいへん助かりました。
室内は狭いですがお値段なりだと思います。
朝のバイキングはたいへん美味しく大満足でした。
あのお値段でのあの食事はありえないかも。

Cons:

バスタオルに汚れがあり、カビの様なものもありました。
夜中でしたが迅速に交換していただきましたが
やっぱり気持ちのいいものではありませんでした。

Perfect airport hotel stay for off hours flight.
Pros:

The free airport shuttle service is very convenient especially for late check-in and early flight out. Free breakfast starting from 5:30am was a surprise! Particularly love the coffee/tea station at the lobby (same as the other Toyoko Inns I've stayed before), and the laundry machines provided at the lobby is just 100% love! You can always check the status of the washing machines/dryers from the TV in your room. It is perfect!

Of all hotels I've stayed in Tokyo and Osaka, this hotel has the biggest bath tub and who doesn't like to get a relaxing hot bath after long day of walking in Japan. This is just too perfect.

Cons:

Slippers in the hotel room could be more modern and less old school.

Pros:

空港からの送迎バスがあり、とてもたすかる。　
早朝便にも対応可能で安心して旅が組める。
コンビニも併設されており、食事に困ることもなく、旅の備品も買い忘れがあれば補充できる。

Cons:

アイスの自販機にスプーンが粗雑に置かれていたこと。
合理的な場所なので、良いですが笑っちゃいました。

Pros:

Good shuttle service from and to Narita. Helpful staff at check-in. Clean.

Cons:

No where to eat. Thanks for convenience store where we could buy a package of noodles for dinner.

Very hard bed and pillow.
