Great value for the price. Highly recommended if you need a place to stay near Narita Airport.
Pros:

Great location, the hotel is very close to the airport. The room was a bit small, typical business hotel style in Japan. That being siad, the room was super clean and quiet. Lawson convinient store is a surprising bonus, makes staying in the hotel more pleasant. The included complimentary breakfast is fantastic.

Cons:

Not that I can think of.
