成田での旅行の途中で泊まるには利用者の身になった対応がされていて次も利用したいと思った。
Pros:

到着時間が遅い時間の便だったので遅い時間でもシャトルバスがあってとても助かりました。
ホテル内はとても綺麗で普段は朝食は取らないのですが朝ごはんも無料との事で軽く朝食も食べて出発しました。

Cons:

時間や曜日にもよるのでしょうが朝晩のシャトルバスが意外に混んでいて、早めの行動が必要と感じた。

朝早い出発に合わせて食事の提供をして下さるホテルは成田空港近隣では皆無
食事の内容も充分満足です
シャトルバスも15分間隔で運行しているので、調整しやすく、又空港迄10分掛からない立地も良かった
