Sehr freundlichiches Personal. Leckeres Essen tolles Frühstück. Lässt keine Wünsche offen. Tolle Lage Hotel Bus und U-Bahn vor der Tür. Zu Fuß ist auch vieles zu erreichen.

Das war ein rundum schöner Aufenthalt in Hamburg
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels in der Hafencity war hervorragend, die Innenstadt konnten wir bequem auf angenehmen Fußwegen erreichen und auch das Wasser nicht weit entfernt. Das Zimmer hat eigentlich alles geboten, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigt.

Cons:

Lediglich die Kopfkissen hätten passender sein können, aber das ist ja immer ein Thema für sich. Die Kaffeemaschine sollte auch in der Lage sein, eine große Tasse Kaffee herzustellen. Hier gab es nur die Möglichkeit, einen einfachen oder doppelten Espresso zu trinken.
