Fajny hotel, z dużym potencjałem. Sporo jednak – głównie organizacyjnie – do poprawienia.
Pros:

Fajny, niewielki hotel przy samych termach, z dużym, darmowym parkingiem. Dobra lokalizacja, świetnie działająca klimatyzacja. Dźwiękoszczelne okno balkonowe. MIałem pokój od strony basenu i mimo naprawdę dużej frekwencji w pokoju było spokojnie i cicho.

Cons:

1. Śniadania to najbardziej stresująca część dnia. Niewielka salka, ludzie przeciskający się sobie nad głową. Przed godz. 9 walka o miejsce, po 9 brak niektórych dań albo po prostu już zimne. Poza jajecznicą większość jedzenia przekładana z dnia na dzień. Lekko nagnite brzoskwinie. Nieurozmaicane. To najsłabsza część pobytu.
2. Bardzo cienkie ściany i drzwi – w zasadzie przezroczyste dla dźwięku. Doskonale słyszałem rozmowy zza ściany i hałasy na korytarzu.
3. Sprzątnięcie pokoju polegało na wymianie ręczników. Nieumyte kubki i szklanki. W pierwszym dniu na wyposażeniu pokoju 4 saszetki kawy – nieuzupełniane przez 8 dni pobytu.
4. Opłata za przechowanie roweru. Pierwszy raz się z czymś takim spotkałem. Nigdzie w Europie się z tym nie spotkałem.

Pros:

Már az első pillanatban olyan segítőkészséggel és figyelmességgel találkoztunk, ami elmondhatatlanul jólesett. A párom közel két éve csípőműtétre vár, nagyon nehezen mozog. Amint ez kiderült, azonnal segítséget kaptunk, hogy szinte az ajtónál tudjunk leparkolni.
Emellett a szoba ragyogóan tiszta volt, ami szinten egy fontos szempont számunkra.
A hotelhez tartozó, nagy kiterjedésű strand szintén ápolt, rendezett, könnyen megközelíthető. A négy medencéből minden generáció meg tudja találni a neki megfelelőt.
A reggeli változatos volt, a hotel felkészült a különböző igényekre, a növényi tejeken keresztül a gyümölcsökön át a sültkolbászig.
Csak gratulálni tudok a szívvel-lélekkel vezetett hotel vezetőségének és dolgozóinak!
