decent stay
Pros:

was a short walk to the train station, the ac was fantastic (coming from 2 Canadians), and the bed was very comfortable

Cons:

the bed sheets were terrible - they weren’t fitted and barely covered the bed so every-time we moved around the bare bed was exposed and i hated that. the carpet in the hallways were very stained and discoloured.

Good value for money
Pros:

It was nice, modern, clean, good value for money.

Cons:

Remote place, far from the center of Kyoto and far from the JR station, we had to walk a lot and also uphills toward the station. There are 3 floors, no elevator. We were on the 3rd floor so we had to carry up and down the heavy luggages.

清潔で広かったところです。

Cons:

テレビがないのはやはり寂しいです。その代わり、部屋にレンジやケトルがあるのは便利でした。寝間着と櫛も持参でした。
寝る時に灯りを豆球にできないので（調光もできないので）、入口側の電気をつけて、まぶしすぎるのでタオルで少し遮って寝ました。

Ótima estadia
Pros:

Quarto confortável, completo e muito limpo. O sofá no quarto ajuda a descansar após os passeios. A localização não é a melhor de todas mas é muito boa, apenas 400m de uma estação que conecta a diversos lugares.
