Pros:

A localização é ótima, numa rua arborizada, fácil chegar a restaurantes ótimos, mercado e outros pontos. Mesmo com pouco movimento à noite, não nos sentimos inseguros. Os funcionários foram cordiais e o dono é muito simpático.
Eles fornecem água em dois pontos, que você pode beber à vontade.

Cons:

São sugestões de melhoria:
- Café da manhã é restrito a escolher uma das combinações e a porção de frutas é muito pequena (em Medellín comemos porções de frutas excelentes comprando nos ambulantes).
- O nosso quarto tinha jacuzzi, não tive coragem de usar - saía um cheiro muito forte dos ralos do banheiro, isso foi muito ruim. Todas as vezes que acordamos no meio da noite para ir ao banheiro, o cheira era muito forte. O mesmo quando a gente chegar no final do dia e o quarto tinha ficado sem uso.
- A janela era muito pequena.
- Não tem frigobar no quarto, embora o anúncio diga que tem.
- As toalhas de banho eram boas, mas a de rosto era exatamente igual ao pano de chão - não era suja, mas era um pedaço de toalha.

Las instalaciones y la ubicación son muy buenas. Aunque no hay lugares cerca para salir a dar vueltas en la noche

Cons:

Se me quedó un billete de 100 mil pesos. Lo reporte menos de una hora después de irme y dijeron que no estaba el billete. Yo estoy 100% segura porque recuerdo que lo dejé junto a la caja de seguridad y estaba en el transporte camino al aeropuerto cuando me fijé. Es una lástima porque la experiencia había estado buena

The 574 Hotel - A Perfect 10!
Pros:

The 574 Hotel is perfect in every way. The friendly, bilingual 24/7 desk staff, clean room, comfy bed, big spa bathroom, walkable to restaurants, grocery stores, and excursion meet-ups, great hot breakfast, quick taxi/uber to Laureles and other locations, tree-lined street- just perfect.

Les salles de bains sont immenses, très luxueuses. La literie est top. Personnel au top.
Le petit déjeuner est vraiment excellent, rien à dire !!! Vraiment un Bel hôtel.

Cons:

Les chambres manquent de fenêtres. Les chambres avec Jacuzzi, il n y a pas de fenêtre, seulement dans la salle de bain, petite fenêtre au plafond.
À l'étage pas de Jacuzzi et des fenêtres devant les ventilateurs de la climatisation.
