Nous avons eu très froid. Très mal isolé et une couette très fine. Nous avons dû réclamer une couverture. Aucun chauffage d’appoint alors qu’il y en avait à l’accueil.

Desayuno rico y variado, vistas y atardeceres. Novedoso, estilo particular, reciclado, ambientación, estilo artístico e industrial, muy hermoso. Personal amable.

HOTEL SUPERLATIVO, CI RITORNEREI ALL'ISTANTE.
Pros:

La struttura è stata la migliore incontrata nel viaggio in Cile, sicuramente tra gli hotel migliori privati nei viaggi finora. La consiglio vivamente.
L'atmosfera è "da ostello": piacevole, viva e allegra, con spazi comuni forniti di guide turistiche, giochi da tavolo e un rooftop dove godersi un calice o una cena con vista della città. Questo senza rinunciare a pace e relax, creando un esperienza piacevolissima sia per un viaggiatore singolo che per una coppia.
La colazione è strepitosa: ricca, varia, adatta a ogni esigenza e intolleranza. Viene cambiata leggermente ogni giorno. Consiglio il loro avocado schiacciato, l'uovo pochet e il pane ai semi (delizioso).
Il personale è attento e preparato, cortese e disponibile. Abbiamo ricevuto ottimi consigli sui luoghi da visitare e su alcuni peculiarità locali. Parlano fluentemente inglese e portoghese.
La posizione è decentrata, ma personalmente l'ho preferita ad un affollato e caotico Cerro Allegre etc. Ci si muove comodamente a piedi, sia per raggiungere il centro, che il porto, che i belvedere e le stazioni (sia di treni che di bus). Inoltre, dalla struttura si può godere di una sensazionale vista su tutta la baia e la città (a tal riguardo, le camere forniscono anche un binocolo).
I riferimenti al mondo enologico erano curati e non invadenti, dando alle stanze personalità in maniera elegante.

Cons:

è stato tutto perfetto, spero che aprano altre strutture con lo stesso format in giro per il mondo in modo da poter ripetere questa esperienza fantastica.

Todo la verdad, es un excelente lugar para visitar, moderno, original,con detalles como: murales en los dormitorios, café en grano de calidad para preparar, botellas de vino en la habitación para consumo (por supuesto con cargo) y binoculares para apreciar la impactante belleza de uno de los lugares más hermosos de chile, Valparaíso. El desayuno variado y muy rico, con una vista preciosa del puerto. La cama era tan comoda que pedimos el dato del colchón. El equipo de chicas que nos atendió y recibió, todas muy amorosas, serviciales, simpáticas y amables. Realmente una de las mejores experiencias que he tenido en un hotel, tanto, que extendimos una noche la estadía. Volveré en cuanto pueda

Hotel en un entorno preciso para escapadas.
Pros:

La arquitectura definitivamente es excepcional, una forma de construir sólida en poco espacio. La vista al océano es espectacular. Por último, cerca del teatro Mauri que ha tenido una muy buena renovación. Restoran cerca al hotel.

Cons:

El aseo sobre todo en las duchas, donde el piso es de cemento, y sus esquineros están con hongos, pelos y se nota que no hay un aseo acabado, eso da desconfianza.
