Everything. It was such a wonderful stay in the most stunning surroundings and only a short walk to the beach..
The breakfast was amazing with a huge well cooked selection catering for every dietary need as well as plenty of juices snd fruit.

Absolutely nothing.
We love it here we’ve been several times before. The location is beautiful and the beach is beautiful, it’s so peaceful a real chill out place. We will definitely be back again.
Unfortunately on this occasion we only managed to be a standard double room. The bed wasn’t comfortable. Next time we will book our favourite room.

Property is very clean, dog friendly and the staff are so friendly. Dinner was lovely and reasonably priced. Breakfast was absolutely delicious. Close to beach we love to go with our dog. We will definitely return.

Fantastic location by the sea, lovely historic old property, gorgeous grounds, ultra comfortable bed, huge suite type room with separate bath and shower room, separate toilet, and dual aspect windows (3 rooms really!) and the absolutely superb breakfast. I genuinely cannot believe how little we paid to stay here. Astonishingly good value.
As for breakfast? Without doubt, Lunan House has the best offering of vegan and vegetarian cooked options I've seen in any hotel or b&b, hands down! Veggie / vegan sausages, Lorne, haggis, and Facon, plus all the usual veggie choices like mushrooms, tattie scones, hash browns, etc. and eggs however you like them. Oh, and they also offer a pretty good continental! Freshest of fresh juicy watermelon, muffins and pastries, ground coffee of excellent quality, to name a few. The menu shows it's just as good for the carnivores too!
Big thanks to the lovely lady at breakfast and to the folks who kept in touch by email prior to our extremely late arrival, thus ensuring we could check in after 1am fuss free. You made us feel like very special guests.
