pas d information claire sur le petit dejeuner compris, nous n avons pas compris que tous les suppléments possibles étaient compris donc nous n en avons pas profité hélas

Es ist sehr schön hier, eine tolle Gartenanlage, die Zimmer sind geschmackvoll eingerichtet, es ist jetzt nicht super luxeriös, aber alles da , was man braucht.

Cons:

Es ist ein bisschen hellhörig, d.h. man hört schon deutlich, wenn Leute auf dem Flur sprechen. Ansonsten ist es hier ausgesprochen ruhig und idyllisch

Perfect location for a mini break . We will definitely going back.
Pros:

Staff couldn't do enough for you. Location of property was excellent for beach and commuting into nearby towns. Food at hotel in Friday night was goid quality and generous portion.

Cons:

Not a criticism, but black out curtains in bedrooms would be a good idea.

It was exceptionally clean and was right on the beach. The staff were amazing especially Katie, who was more than happy to help with anything and was always pleasant.

Lunan House Hotel
Pros:

Lovely location. Hotel was very clean and staff very friendly and helpful.

The lovely breakfast waitress who was on her own and continued to top up breakfast items and always had a smile on her face.

Cons:

Breakfast was extremely busy. The coffee machine kept needing refilled and the hot water for tea was out of order.

Cadre dépaysant et bucolique
Pros:

Belle propriété dans un jardin magnifique et à 2 pas d’une belle plage. Petit déjeuner écossais bien, mais organisation à revoir au niveau des machines à café. À 10 minutes en voiture d’Arbroath, où nous avons diné dans un super resto grec chez Andreou’s.

A peaceful little haven
Pros:

Absolutely loved it. So dog friendly, beautiful grounds, very clean. Staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was great with lots of choice. If you like it quiet and relaxing atmosphere, this is perfect. Great location for the beach, but a short steep climb getting back up. Beautiful area.
Will go back but would like to stay in the house rather than the wing next time.

Cons:

We had booked a twin basic room and it was fine, the only minor niggle was the beds creaked quite a bit on the floor when just moving in the bed.
