Very friendly and helpful staff, good facilities.
Hot tub not working! And dirty cups left in my room from previous guests.
No towels,tea bags or coffee in the room. They all had to be requested from downstairs.

Great bar. Good gym & leisure.
Mattress was very soft. Breakfast was average at best and at £17.50 very expensive for sub-standard food. As an example, Premier Inn offer breakfast at £10.95 and there is considerably more on offer.

Check-in and out very smooth. The room was clean, has all of the essentials and I couldn't hear any of the other guests. The ssauna is consistently hot. Staff handing out wristbands and towels are friendly and knowledgeable.
The jacuzzi in the pool area is broken, in that the jets weren't working during my visit.
Is it possible to have a room with a bathtub? I am not a fan of shower only, although the shower is lovely.
