The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and beautifully air conditioned in what was the hottest two days of the year. The bar menu was ok but lacked a real choice for vegetarians, more options would be appreciated.
Location was good 17 minutes by car to The Wave
We had a bathroom windiw witha view on the car park
The room wasn't clean to expected standard, especially the bathroom and the whole general feeling of the hotel was like being at a betting shop. The pool was closed for maintenance and no notice was given on arrival. Breakfast did not have much of a continental option there was no cheese, not hot chock no vegetarian options other than beans, mushrooms and fruit.

Location wasn"t ideal for my trio, but quality of hotel experience outweighed this. Wish the pool and steam room stayed open later on Sundays.
It's modern and clean.
The DIY booking in at reception was a bit difficult. Arrived after 10pm. The guy on the reception was preoccupied so it made things a bit awkward. I didn't think that he had much patience.
