Breakfast was good. Nice selection. Surprised that there were nor breakfast pastries, such as danish or cinnamon rolls. The property was quiet and allowed for rest at night.
I did not need to stay the third night but was unable to get a refund for that night. Was charged for parking even though I did not use a car. (Ride Share) Had to contact property for proper billing.
Staff were very friendly and courteous. Room was good. There's an Applebee's and a Zaxby's at the same mall which makes convenient to get food.
The main reason why I booked this hotel was due to the EV charger, and the EV charger wasn't working... The nearest supercharger is about 20min away.
All staff very pleasant room clean breakfast next morning was Awesome. Front desk personnel were very pleasant easy in and out of hotel no lines .All around a pleasant trip.
My room was 303 was happy I didn't have to walk to far from elevator.
The hotel staff could not have been more accommodating the whole week. In particular, Giselle went above and beyond to assist us with any concerns. She is simply amazing! We have already booked our next trip for this hotel because of the great and most pleasant experience we’ve had here. Additionally, the location is very convenient to shops and dining.

Front desk team were very polite and remembered my name without looking in the system. Also, Julio is housekeeping stands out. I kept the DND on the door most times since my room was always filled with item from dorm shopping for my daughter. However, she always spots me in the hallway to fine out if I needed anything additional from the towels they often leave on the door. Very nice team and I will definitely choose to stay here for my many upcoming visits for my daughter school
Traveling with celiac disease can be difficult, but Lina made sure I was covered. During my whole stay gluten free options were provided by her. She’s a rockstar! As a family of 6 we had a great clean, safe and quiet trip at home2. We’re excited to come back again knowing all will be well.
the location was perfect we had a softball tournament, and it was 2 mins to the fields. Plus, the restaurants were so close you could walk to them. Also, the pool was open till 10. After being in the hot sun all day long we came back and jumped in the pool to cool down.
The breakfast was more about presentation that taste. My last morning there I went down to make a waffle because you can't mess up a waffle. But there was a job fair going on in the dining room and it was super load and people standing over me watching me eat. I hope they got the job. just super uncomfortable trying to eat.
Stayed in Clermont, Florida. The stay was enjoyable and the service provided was outstanding. Keri provided marvelous hospitality and service during to my entire entourage.
Breakfast selection was better than most, taking into consideration people with certain meat restrictions.

I have been at this location a few times. I usually use Home2 for my hotel needs. This time was a mess.
I was visiting my niece for her birthday. She likes movies. The TV wasn't coming on or staying on in the room. I asked for help from Giselle (the front desk) and her response was just wiggle the plugs in the back. After 4 phone calls and about 45 minutes finally something was reset and the TV worked and thankfully we had a wonderful movie to watch that didn't depend on wifi.
But, the wifi internet never worked. We had multiple phone calls a dropped phone call and requests for help from an 888 number. We were on hold multiple times and nothing changed. I had work to do but I never had internet access. They also didn't have another room to go to.
So, if you are expecting wifi internet or help resolving your problems, most likely you are out of luck.
It's really expensive to stay in hotels. To stay somewhere without the basics and so many tech issues is super irritating.
