Pros:

Friendly helpful staff who arranged a room change for us without hesitation.

Cons:

The restaurant for dinner was small and the food and drink choices were very limited on our 1 visit.
Ordered an 8 inch pizza which turned out to be 12 inches and much too big for 1 person in my opinion.

Clean, large and comfortable
Pros:

Clean and large rooms
Staff pleasant and helpful
Breakfast was tasty and sufficient.
Unlimited coffee/tee all day
Was able to store our luggage with them when we checked out

Cons:

We had trouble going a parking spot after we returned from a concert.
We had paid for parking, but could not find parking, maybe because there was as a function at the hotel??

Not business trip friendly if you need to connect internet for working.
Pros:

Room is big, location is good, breakfast is awesome, laundry is cheap.

Cons:

Internet is soooooo slow! Parking fee needs to pay online, not very convenient tho, my credit card company has to make overseas phone call to make sure the transaction is not a scam.

Overall my stay was fantastic. Rooms were clean, and the key security made hotel feel safe.
Pros:

The breakfast was decent. I enjoyed the mixed fruit, but I missed the pastries.

Cons:

Although the breakfast was good, I could have appreciated a least one pastry.

There are other better hotels
Pros:

The hotel is clean and comfortable. If you are planning on breakfast, either go very early or make other plans. They don't make enough for the number of guests they have, and the selections are sparse.

Spacious and clean room
Pros:

Good: Hotel looks new and clean, room is very spacious. Staff is friendly and helpful. Location is fantastic, close to the airport and major highway.

Bad: It was difficult for us to find a parking at night, and they required you to put a parking voucher on the dashboard after check in, so we had to walk all the way back to our car to put that in. Breakfast was mediocre, not too many selections. With the price I paid for the room, I expect it to be a little better than what they offer.
