Way overrated hotel. Requires a full overall and management change.

Nothing particularly worth mentioning. Only chance they have is they don’t have much competition in Mohammedia.

Long list… they should not claim to be a 4 star hotel. It is a shame. The place is falling apart. Rooms are terrible. Like a 70’s movie. Definitely would require a complete upgrade.
Rooms might be spacious but furniture is so old, dirty and damaged. Walls are full of humidity and deteriorating. Everything looks cheap. The carpet was very very dirty. My feet were black from walking there for 10 minutes. The pool? In the middle of 4 giant walls. So close to the sea it is terrible. Better to not have a pool.

Pros:

J'ai bien aimé l'accueil et le professionnalisme du personnel, surtout Maroua qui est très serviable et professionnelle.

Cons:

Excellent rapport qualité-prix, c'est de loin la meilleure offre à Mohammedia. Les chambres sont impeccables et d'une qualité irréprochable, avec une magnifique vue sur mer.

Je recommande vivement !

Not happy
Pros:

Extremely disappointing service. The bathroom was not properly prepared with neither towels nor basic toiletries. I had to approach the reception four times just to get a towel which reflects a serious lack of responsiveness and professionalism. The overall service level was well below expectations and does not justify the price charged
