Great staff, passionate owner and good location!!
Pros:

The staff were amazing, the owner was passionate about his place and location very central to things.

Sunset beach 10 - 15 minutes and sunrise beach only 5 - 7 mins away via straight paths. The main strip only 8 mins away!

Un excellent séjour grâce au confort, au petit-déjeuner et à l’accueil chaleureux, malheureusement terni par une mauvais
Pros:

Piscine agréable, moustiquaires très appréciées dans la chambre, et surtout un petit-déjeuner excellent. Mention spéciale également au personnel, toujours souriant et accueillant, avec un chaleureux « Welcome home » à chaque retour.

Cons:

Notre principale déception concerne la location de scooters proposée par l’hôtel. Il y a eu un malentendu sur la durée de location et nous avons finalement été facturés de manière injustifiée alors que nous avions bien réservé pour trois jours. Après avoir contacté l’hôtel via WhatsApp, nous avons reçu une réponse rapide avec des excuses de circonstance, mais ensuite plus rien : notre message suivant n’a été ouvert qu’une semaine plus tard et n’a jamais reçu de réponse. Nous avons eu le sentiment que le problème était volontairement évité plutôt que réellement traité, ce qui est regrettable pour un établissement par ailleurs très accueillant.

Great staff and decent stay. Would stay here again.
Pros:

Staff are great. Breakfast is good but minimal options. Location is 5 minute walk from Turtle beach which is fab.

Cons:

Surrounding area is pretty noisy. Cockerels and call to pray sound like they’re in the back garden. Bed a bit hard but not too bad for a short stay

Comfortable and very welcoming
Pros:

The breakfast was simple but yummy. The staff went above and beyond. The room was clean and sealed so no bugs got in 😊

Cons:

It wasn’t a big thing, but it was tricky to work out how to get the shower to go hot but it wasn’t anything awful.

El personal es muy amable y atento. La zona es tranquila, no hay ruido de los bares ni de la mezquita.

No tiene agua caliente pero ahi hace calor y no me importó. Quizás la habitación necesita más luz.

Pros:

We absolutely loved our stay at Cape Rose! The guys looking after the guests at the hotel felt like brothers to us by the end of our four night stay.

It all added to the experience being on such a beautiful island with locals who just understand going with Gilli T time! If you want a true Gilli T island experience and excellent facilities like a nice pool, comfortable room and an easy location to get from the port - no need to use the horses! You can cycle around or even walk to sunset beach, the port and even sunrise beach! Don’t hesitate to stay here!

Great value and good breakfast 👌
Pros:

Eddy and the guys have been superb. Excellent communication throughout including clear directions and courtesy WhatsApp messages.
Breakfast is actually great 👍 👌 I've had strong Lombok coffee, orange juice, toast, omelette and beans each morning on my terrace.
Checked in for two nights and extended for another three.
It's down a bit of a dark side street but plenty of decent restaurants nearby and a short walk to sunrise beach.
Bathroom small but functional.
As a solo female I have been looked after really well.
It's adults only which i like.
Not used the pool because of the weather 🙄 but it's a nice addition 👌

Cons:

The aircon is powerful but has a tendency to trip out. However requests to fix it have been dealt with in a very timely manner.
Don't expect anything from the TV. Also no fridge or kettle. But for the price that's absolutely fair.

Pros:

I loveeeeed my stay! Would really recommend it. Top location, super nice staff, you can rent bikes but you can also walk to al lot of places, clean rooms, nice pool and great breakfast. (+ cute cats)

Personal freundlich, der Rest leider katastrophal
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Beim Frühstück war leider nur die Hälfte der Auswahl zur Verfügung.
Statt Rührei mit Toast gegrillter Tomate und baked beans bekamen wir nur eine Scheibe Toast mit Rührei, da sie scheinbar keine Baked beans haben (im Regal an der Rezeption standen aber sehr viele Dosen). Auch das Obst das zur Auswahl angeboten war haben sie scheinbar nicht da.
Wifi funktionierte während unseres Aufenthaltes ebenfalls nicht.
Die Nebenstraße zum Hotel ist leider eine Müllhalde.
Betten extrem hart!.

Nos hemos quedados 12 días en este hotel y estamos muy contentos. Nuestra habitación era muy grande y limpia. El staff era muy muy simpático. Proponen alquiler de bicicletas y laundry a precio de mercado o más económico. El wifi funciona muy bien.

Cons:

Se puede escuchar el staff hablando alto fuera muy temprano por la mañana.
