Las recepcionistas poco amables (no groseras, “secas”)
Ellas mismas dan un discurso de un depósito, que en primer lugar, para cierto nivel de hotel no debería existir, y en segundo lugar, ellas lo recitan como robots
Excelente, el hotel esta en perfectas condiciones, y muy limpio
No me gusta la comida libanesa, no fui al restaurante por eso. Si la carta es diferente, no da esa impresión

Mini fridge was not working, then I got moved to a different room due to noise guest. The hotel Manager was excellent, caring and professional, super helpful.
I ordered food from their restaurant and it NEVER got delivered until I called them and it seems they lost my order. Then, a wonderful waiter, Irvin, save the day, he brought me my food, and eased my way with his caring and wonderful attitude and customer service excellence.

Staff was always helpful and very kind.
The rooms have so many issues, and to be considered 5 star hotle, lacks those details, like drainage blocked in the bathroom, ac outdated and so noisy, rooms are not soundproof so if you are a light sleeper good luck.

La habitacion no estaba mal pero no tenia ventanas
Para empezar llegue muy temprano, la primera chica de recepcion que me recibio, con una cara bastante enojada y el trato fue despectivo, le dije que queria hacer mi check in y me dijo que era hasta las 3 pm cosa que obvio lo se, yo lo que queria era adelantar mi pago, despues de casi rogarle acepto, y me dijo las politicas del hotel asi como regañandome, la primera no se puede fumar, (no fumo), la segunda no se puede traer animales (no llevo animales), la tercera hay que dar un deposito de 2 mil pesos, y yo porque??? me contesta que para desperfectos en la habitacion, a ver yo viajo unas doce veces al año a guadalajara, me he quedado en el riu, hard rock, fiesta americana, hasta en las pergolas, pero jamas me habian pedido deposito, pues que es un motel o que, politicas de 1950, obvio lo tuve que pagar y me fui a trabajar, cuando regrese a las 6 habian perdido mi check in y pago, aqui si la recepcionista muy amable, despues de 15 minutos lo encontraron, entre a mi habitacion en el tercer piso pegado al gimnasio, pesima, encerrada, sin ventanas, a lo que baje y les hice la observacion, total me dijeron que no habia mas habitaciones, me fui y llame por telefono y sorpresa si habia habitaciones, pero el servicio esta por mlos suelos, me tuve que aguantar, el tercer dia y que me sali hice mi check out y ahi me comentaron que el reembolso seria de 12 a 24 horas, llevo 5 dias que me sali y aun no esta mi reembolso, ademas jinetean mi dinero, y asi deben de hacer con todos, claro lo meten a un fondeo diario y obvio les da un rendimiento, hable al banco y me dijeron que aun no emiten el reembolso, pesima experiancia no vayan, con lo que cuesta estan nmucho mejor miles de opciones, hasta las pergolas que aunque es de menor categoria y precio el trato vale mucho mas.
El personal de valet muy amable
Las recepcionistas super mamonas... deberían ser mas empatadas y amables y sonreír... no me gustó que cobre a parte el estacionamiento. Además mi hija salió con piquetes de chinches de la cama.
La atención de la mayoría del personal fue buena. El restaurante y los alimentos muy bien. Buena comida en general. El gimnasio está muy completa y la habitación era cómoda y espaciosa.
Los vidrios del baño se transparentan hacia afuera. Algo que si viajas acompañado puede ser extraño.
