Great location
The voucher system was very confusing. I booked half board and the stay also included a free cocktail. We were only given vouchers for the first evening meal, nothing for the second night. The meal was also very limited, as for the free cocktail, there is no choosing, just their signature drink that does not taste great.
The staff working the bar on the first night, were more interested in chatting loudly between themselves than seeing to the guests needs. Definitely not the most relaxing experience.
What topped it off for me was seeing what I hope were mice the rats. The first sighting on the roof top bar, the second in the restaurant area as we headed back down one evening from the bar. I understand pest control can be challenging at times, but the lack of response from the team when I told them was very poor which leads me to think they already knew of the issues.
I raised my concerns with the hotel with all matters noted above and the responses back were very generic which makes me feel they don’t really care.
It is very rare I leave a bad review, but felt I needed to. If they can remove the pest issue and amend how they manage the vouchers (the team were also confused, and had to make a few calls to each other) then it would be a top stay
Never visited the hotel as they cancelled the booking.
Not sure what went wrong but the hotel cancelled on us day before travel due to Payment details not matching, no idea why but first time this has ever happened
Great location with many restaurants, cafes, shops. Near Ben Thanh market and about a 15 minute walk to Nguyen Hue. Our room was spacious and clean. The whole hotel team was very welcoming, friendly and helpful.
The wifi connection was slow and kept cutting off. The pool could use some renovations.

The “free drink promotion” there was two of us me and my partner and you was aloud 1 pre mixed cocktail that wasn’t very nice at all- not like the ad said

From the receptionist to the staff every one was very humble and polite.
The hotels ambiance is very comfortable and luxurious.
Its right in the city centre very close to the famous ben market and other tourist spots such as the independence palace the museum .
The breakfast was really delicious.

The only positive aspect of the property was its location.
My experience with this hotel was extremely disappointing. The staff members Linh, Sally, and Jennie were consistently rude and disrespectful throughout my stay.
I paid extra for early check-in (11:00am), however upon arrival I was told I could not check in and had to return at 2:00pm. When I returned at 2:00pm, my room still wasn’t ready and I was only checked in at around 2:20pm.
When I raised this issue, the staff were openly speaking about me in a disrespectful manner, which I was able to partially understand using a translation tool. I found this completely unacceptable.
The manager was also unhelpful and initially claimed that early check-in was subject to availability, which contradicts what I had paid for. I was also incorrectly told via Booking.com messages that I did not have early check-in, despite having paid for it. This was later indirectly acknowledged as being wrong. I was then offered a free dinner as compensation, which was never actually provided.
Overall, communication was poor and misleading, and I would advise caution when booking this hotel as other guests appeared to be experiencing similar issues during my stay.
In addition, my room (ground floor) was very noisy due to loud running water and other disturbances, making it difficult to rest. The hallway also had a strong and unpleasant smell throughout my stay.
