Great location only
Pros:

Location is GREAT! Close to everything for a tourist and lots of food options around and available.
Breakfast was ok.

Cons:

The beds are terribly hard as a rock! Luckily we were only staying for 2 nights.. any longer would’ve been a problem. The staff need to learn english. Our room wasn’t the cleanest or well set up- looked like it was a rushed job when they made the rooms - marking pen on the walled, botched painting jobs. And the pool was only 0.6m! That’s hardly a pool

Great place - shame our room had no window.
Pros:

Excellent location. Staff lovely, and breakfast plentiful.

Cons:

We had no window (except onto the lift ventilation shaft) so the room smelled of Wet Trainer pretty fast. Well appointed just very dark and not brilliantly ventilated.

We stayed for two weeks……it was terrific thank you
Pros:

We loved our stay and Jade in guest relations/reception went above and beyond to assist us with any issues. The hotel management needs to know how valuable Jade is to/and is an asset to their team. She definitely works hard and deserves a pay rise. We would definitely come back to Happy Life Grand Hotel in the future. Everyone from the lovely room ladies/cleaners, reception staff and the lovely man who helped me down the front stairs (as I use a walking cane) were kind, friendly, helpful and appreciated.

Der Aufenthalt war sehr gut und unvergesslich.
Pros:

Der Service war sehr gut, zudem waren die Mitarbeiter des Hotels sehr freundlich und respektabel.
