We booked this hotel from 25 till 29 july. With no reason our booking was cancelled. We could not reach them by phone nor by whatsapp. Very bad experience!!
Clean and comfortable, great location to everything in District 1. Decent breakfast buffet.
Rooms were very small
I booked my room in April for a July stay. Like most people, I foolishly believed that a confirmed reservation actually meant I had… you know… a room.
A few hours before I was due to arrive in Ho Chi Minh City, my booking was suddenly cancelled.
While sitting at the airport trying to figure out what had happened, I called the hotel. The reservations clerk responded with what can only be described as a series of uninterested grunts before eventually explaining that, if I paid an extra $300 on top of my original booking, a room could somehow be found.
Curiously, I was travelling with friends whose reservations were made as part of the same trip. Their bookings remained perfectly intact. Mine was the only one that mysteriously vanished.
The best part? Every time we asked why my reservation had been cancelled, we received a different answer. Depending on who you spoke to, it was:
* There was a problem with the booking.
* The hotel was overbooked.
* The booking had been cancelled for another reason entirely.
By the time we arrived at the hotel, the story changed again. If I paid the inflated price, a room was apparently available. When I refused to reward this behaviour, the room instantly ceased to exist.
“Oh sorry… we’re sold out.”
What an incredible transformation. A room that existed five minutes earlier vanished before our very eyes. Hospitality magic at its finest.
So, after booking months in advance, confirming my reservation, travelling, and arriving at the hotel, I was left standing in the lobby without accommodation while my friends checked into the very same hotel without any issues.
If you’re after excitement, uncertainty, and an interactive game called “Will I Have Somewhere to Sleep Tonight?”, then this hotel delivers an unforgettable experience.
If, however, you believe that a confirmed reservation should actually be honoured, I’d suggest looking elsewhere.

Beliggenheden var virkelig god, samt lå virkelig centralt og tæt på det meste.
Morgenmaden var middelmådig, ikke noget særligt. Sengene var ekstremt hårde, samt havde vi et værelse i stueetagen, så ingen vindue, udsigt eller andet.
Fitnessrummet var ikke forsvarligt. Maskinerne var ikke vedligeholdt, løbebånd ujævnt og ledninger rundt på gulvet.
