A truly charming place that we would happily visit again.
Pros:

We had a truly wonderful stay at this lovely cozy hotel. The atmosphere is warm, peaceful, and very welcoming, making you feel at home from the very first moment. Even though the hotel is small, it has a special charm and a very personal touch.

The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious food for every taste. The garden adds a very relaxing atmosphere to the hotel.

What makes this place truly exceptional, though, are the PEOPLE. The staff are incredibly kind, caring, and always ready to help with anything you may need. Their genuine hospitality made our stay especially memorable.

מלוכלך, שבור, הרוס, ארוחת בוקר ללא חידוש של מוצרים שאזלו בטענה שנגמר, לא מוכנים להביא עוד מגבות למרות ששילמנו על 9 נפשות, לא שמו לנו מיטה למרות ששילמנו על עוד מיטה
והשיא שהסחבה של המנקה פשוט חיכתה לנו על מוצרי הקוסמטיקה

Очень хорошо расположен в тихом переулке , вообще ни один звук не тревожит. От аэропорта ехать минут 25, вышло меньше 1000₽.
Локация гуд. Выход сразу на Руставели, по мне так самый стильная и приятная улица. До старого города идти пешком минут 20-30, но зато красиво и приятно, или прыгнуть на автобус, 1 лари и 10 мин, или там же метро. Рядом много хороших заведений, и чувствуется безопасно.
На респепшн все супер милашки, мужчина плохо понимал русский и Английский, позвал девушку, все быстро решили, заселили, посоветовали куда сходить покушать.
Номер максимально стандартный, но СУПЕР чисто, просторно, все свежее, удобный шкаф с большим зеркалом, вешалки, большая кровать, розетки, тапочки, холодильник. Ванная приятная, в душе хорошо работает вода, есть фен. И главное балкон - тоже большой, есть деревянный столик и стульчики. Вид на соседние здания, но все равно атмосферно. Убирались каждый раз, когда вывешивали табличку на ручку двери, полностью замена постели, полотенчиков, даже пол мыли! Завтраки уютные, есть яйца, скрембл, ветчина, сыры, выпечка, апельсиновый сок, чай кофе. Внутри отеля очень милый дворик, в солнечную погоду вообще супер чилл.

очень слабый вай фай, отсутствие вещей для гардероба (ложка для обуви, гладильная доска и тп.)

Отличное местоположение, своя парковка, хорошо убираются, довольно стандартные, но вкусные завтраки.
И большой плюс, что можно с собачкой.
