Well… First of all when we walked in to the hotel to check in we were greeted by Evans and Nelson. They by far hands-down were the best. Their attitude they're friendliness, their kindness, their generosity, etc. etc. etc. was above and beyond. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who would like to stay in the financial district and be close to everything downtown.
The only thing that I think that could be better are the elevators. They make a lot of noise when you were in them and it doesn't make you feel comfortable. It makes it feel as if you are going to get stuck at any moment. I wouldn't go in one of those elevators by myself.

Reception staff was very inhospitable
When we book breakfast and per pay it becomes there responsibility to issue coupons at the time of check in or inform the staff at here breakfast restaurant to know. It’s pathetic to be instructed to go down and bring your coupons
Lifts are are 2 levels , no one to guide you

The Queen Room was really cozy, and the perfect size for a solo traveler! The room was clean, and the location was great! I would definitely book again, and recommend for a quick weekend stay!
Location was great…clean hotel.
Had some issues with room. Window shade broke so we couldn’t keep the light out in the morning. We asked to get it fixed, but the repair man was unable to do so. They hooked my family up with free breakfast in exchange, but I don’t think it was worth it.

Estábamos muy bien situadas, al lado de la estación de Fulton que te lleva tanto al aeropuerto como a downtown y uptown.

The place was clean
The beds were hard. The food on the third floor was overly expensive ( I’m from New York and $19 for 6 small wings is crazy). The food was also disgusting and had to send items back.

The staff were wonderful! Great location and bar/lounge area.
From the moment we walked in the door we were welcomed. It was my daughter’s 18tj birthday and they did not disappoint. The lobby was so pretty the restaurant lounge fun and great food and drinks the front desk manager had the room decorated with balloons and art on the mirrors and a special treat it was so nice
