Ok for a weekend if on a low budget
Pros:

The bathroom, the bed, location - close to metro stop

Cons:

This is a very bare bones operation. Very tight spaces around the bed, no functional chair, no table. There are a foldable table and chair but not easy to use all the time. Also, a very weird window into the bathroom from the room. Yes, you can pull a wall decoration over it, but it's very voyeuristic. Staff almost inexistent. When we checked in we had to go upstairs to check in. The lounge is also the bar so it was very loud. Hard to hear what they were saying upon checkin. When we checked out, nobody was on the 3rd floor at the desk. Left the key there.

La décoration, la vue, l’emplacement top, petit déjeuner inclus !

Cons:

Bon petit déjeuner servi à table mais pas de buffet. Néanmoins qualité excellente de la carte proposée.

Cons:

I checked into a room with a dirty bathroom, a broken fan, broken blinds, the room was falling apart. I immediately checked out and was assured that the hotel would refund my charge. They have not refunded my card in over 12 days. Currently opening a dispute with Booking.com. The front desk also refused to give me a folio showing the $0.00 charge when I checked out.

Overall, our stay was good, the staff & customer service was excellent
Pros:

The breakfast was good & I liked the tokens used. The staff was amazing, Gustavo was an amazing host. My husband & I came in town for the NY Knicks watch party & he did everything to accommodate us & make us feel welcome, comfortable & satisfied.

Cons:

The only complaint is the rooms were extremely small, no refrigerator, coffee or tea. The rooms are only to sleep, shower & use the bathroom.

Amazing restaurant, very friendly staff, and excellent rooms and an amazing basketball court. Everything was great. I
Pros:

The room was clean and well maintained. The location is great, and the soundproofing was good. Overall, I had a pleasant stay.

Cons:

The water in the sink does not drain properly and stays in the basin. The toilet flush button is broken, and the water often keeps running after flushing. I stayed in room 710.

Nice and calm stay, good value for money compared to other hotels in the area
Pros:

The wooden floors and how helpful the staff were. Loved there was a phone in the hallway so you don’t have to go all the way down to reception to reach out. The food & drinks voucher was a good bonus.

Cons:

They should be more careful with the tidiness in the daily cleaning from housekeeping. On the first day, I saw my underbed was dirty and the cleaner continued making the bed, it was only until I asked her to change it that she did.

Cons:

VORSICHT: unautorisierte Kreditkartenabbuchungen vom Hotel in der Nacht bzw. frühe Morgenstunde. Das Hotelmanagement hat alles abgetan und meinte sich alles erledigen würde wenn man wieder in Deutschland ist (Ja klar - dann ist das Geld futsch!). Hotel konnte oder wollte die Transaktion nicht nachverfolgen. MasterCard sprach ganz deutlich von Kreditkartenbetrug. Entweder das Hotel oder ein unseriöser Mitarbeiter am Empfang.

Wäre das alles nicht gewesen wäre meine Bewertung anders ausgefallen

Hippe bar maar veel te luide muziek, je kan elkaar amper verstaan. Ook bij ontbijt te harde muziek

Personeel niet altijd vriendelijk. Als je gastvrijheid niet in je DNA hebt zitten, zoek svp een andere leuke job.

Amazing stay in the heart of New York.
Pros:

Moxy NYC Downtown exceeded our expectations, the location was great, the staff was friendly and they have a bar where a DJ was playing one night and it was honestly amazing. Very chill vibes, I would totally recommend. The room is not huge but I guess it's the same with every New york hotel - but it was always clean and it had everything.

Cons:

The room could be bigger but it was okay for us.

Nice location, terrible service and poor cleanliness
Pros:

Comfy bed

Cons:

Bathroom towels unclean and asked for more than never arrived. Got locked out of my room and instead of sending someone to help me made me go up and down to the lobby 3 times. No apology for the inconvenience either
