Pros:

広い部屋に無料でアプグレしてくれた。フロントスタッフの方々も感じ良かった。

Cons:

シャワー栓の開閉が硬すぎてシャワーが出せず、スタッフ呼びに行った。工事系のおじさんが来てくれてシャワーは出せるようになったが、今度は完全に水を止めることができず、一晩中ちょろちょろ出しっぱなし状態だった。

Cons:

Camera veramente molto piccola in rapporto al prezzo, le porte del bagno erano mezze rotte e non si chiudevano mai, letto non tra i più comodi (in particolare i cuscini).

Pros:

Room condition is great. Very clean and comfortable bed. The size of the room is big enough to open my luggage in the room. The staff can communicate in English very well, which is very convenient to a tourist like me.
The airport bus is only 300m away from the hotel. Turn left and walk for 2 min for the bus stop.
It is also very close to the bus stop and train station which makes going everywhere very simple.

cozy, chic, perfect for solo staycation
Pros:

i came here whilst before a light to Osaka, and when i returned to seoul a week later i stayed for a night as a staycation as i really enjoyed my room and needed a little break from staying at friends places

Great trip
Pros:

The perfect location for us, and a quick walk to the subway. Great view from the 14th floor. Great breakfast, super helpful staff. Quiet room. VERY comfortable bed.

Cons:

Not sure this is a dislike. The roof top bar was under renovation, and we have enjoyed that. But my daughter lives 5 buildings away from the hotel and was able to share some of her haunts.
