Pros:

JR の駅に隣接してたので便利に利用できました。
大浴場もきれいでした。
個人的には建物内の駐車場を利用できたので良かったです。車でのドライブ旅行でしたので、大阪近郊まで来てチェックインして、あとは JR など公共交通機関で市内観光出来ました。
