Stay at Najada Hot
Pros:

Everyone was so hospitable, genuinely nice & helpful in the hotel. The hotel had great amenities & was perfectly located right on our favourite place - Souq Waqif.

Cons:

Everything was great overall, just a minor issue where I was unable to check out early for one of the rooms.

Pros:

One aspect of accommodation in the Middle East is the likelihood of being offered grand rooms, and this Hotel is no different.
Check in was very welcoming and efficient, which included (depending on time of day) some coffee and dates, while a precursory check is made to ensure your room is ready for occupation.
Room was very spacious and included a balcony overlooking the Souq Waqif. Also very efficiently temperature and lighting controlled.
Was extremely well furnished, including a very large comfortable bed, very spacious wardrobe (containing a copy of the QUA’RÂN, robes and ironing board and personal safe). There were drawers aplenty, sofa comfortable chairs and tables to name a few additional items.
Also had a small alcove which contained a coffee maker, electric jug and small refrigerator along with a plentiful supply of bottled water.
Occupants could easily keep up with news or entertainment on a large screen television screen that had a very large number of channels in a considerable variety of languages.
Room was also well supplied with power socket outlets, enabling guests to use a variety of electrical items, including chargers, simultaneously.
Bathroom was of a good size offering plenty of shelving. Also contained a spacious shower cubicle along with a toilet and bidet. Towels of a very large size were provided along with a very wide selection of complimentary personal hygiene items.
Excellent free Wi-Fi was also available.
Being located next to the Souq Waqif, dining options is never going to be an issue other than where. However, the hotel itself also has excellent dining options if guests prefer to remain on site.
Metro system is literally at the Hotel’s back door, which enables reach almost you to will take you to almost anywhere you may wish to go, including the Airport.

Beautiful Al Najada hotel tivoli
Pros:

The friendliness of the staff was something that stood out. Check in and out was smooth and quick. Hotel was absolutely clean at all times. The room was always cleaned and toiletries made available. It was not a long ride from the airport to the hotel. Considering we arrived passed midnight, the staff, even housekeeping was available. It was well worth the price paid. Oh and the breakfast was excellent and a variety.

My stay at Al Najada Doha Hotel by Tivoli was truly exceptional from start to finish. The hotel enjoys a fantastic location in the heart of Doha, within walking distance of Souq Waqif and many of the city's main attractions, making it the perfect choice for both business and leisure travelers.

The hotel itself is beautifully maintained, offering elegant rooms, excellent facilities, and a welcoming atmosphere. Every member of the team demonstrated genuine hospitality, professionalism, and a sincere commitment to ensuring guests have a memorable experience. The service was consistently attentive, efficient, and always delivered with a warm smile.

A very special thank you goes to Nalin, Front Office Manager, for the outstanding service and exceptional leadership. Nalin's dedication to guest satisfaction, professionalism, and personal attention made my stay truly memorable. His commitment to excellence is clearly reflected in the performance of the entire team.
