Room was old dated, washroom looked like something from the 80’s. Nothing like the pictures you see from their adds.

المخدات غير مريحه نهائيا وفرش السرير يحتاج تغيير لانه قديم .. حجزنا غرفه لثلاث اشخاص وكتبنا ان الشخص الثالث طفل عمره 11 سنه و دفعنا قيمة الغرفه لثلاثة اشخاص وعند تسجيل الدخول كان الموظف وكان تونسي مستعجل جدا اثناء عمله وغير مركز معنا واخبرنا انه لايوجد سرير اضافي لهذا الطفل وانه يتعامل معامله الطفل الرضيع بدون سرير وسيرسل لنا فقط بطانيات اضافيه .. وعندما تركناه وذهبنا لموظف اخر اخبرنا انه يوجد سرير اضافي لهذا الطفل وبحجم كبير وارسله لنا ..

The room size and location near Souk Wakef.
The staff is very helpful.
The pool is great.
The hotel position is great, making it a couple of minutes drive from most activities to do in Doha.
Staff proactivity, an additional bed wasn't placed upon arrival despite having requested for it multiple times before arriving.
The bathroom has a draining issue, solved by the staff after reporting it.
The guest amenities are few and of poor quality, not up to the standard of a 4-star hotel.
Everyone was so hospitable, genuinely nice & helpful in the hotel. The hotel had great amenities & was perfectly located right on our favourite place - Souq Waqif.
Everything was great overall, just a minor issue where I was unable to check out early for one of the rooms.

One aspect of accommodation in the Middle East is the likelihood of being offered grand rooms, and this Hotel is no different.
Check in was very welcoming and efficient, which included (depending on time of day) some coffee and dates, while a precursory check is made to ensure your room is ready for occupation.
Room was very spacious and included a balcony overlooking the Souq Waqif. Also very efficiently temperature and lighting controlled.
Was extremely well furnished, including a very large comfortable bed, very spacious wardrobe (containing a copy of the QUA’RÂN, robes and ironing board and personal safe). There were drawers aplenty, sofa comfortable chairs and tables to name a few additional items.
Also had a small alcove which contained a coffee maker, electric jug and small refrigerator along with a plentiful supply of bottled water.
Occupants could easily keep up with news or entertainment on a large screen television screen that had a very large number of channels in a considerable variety of languages.
Room was also well supplied with power socket outlets, enabling guests to use a variety of electrical items, including chargers, simultaneously.
Bathroom was of a good size offering plenty of shelving. Also contained a spacious shower cubicle along with a toilet and bidet. Towels of a very large size were provided along with a very wide selection of complimentary personal hygiene items.
Excellent free Wi-Fi was also available.
Being located next to the Souq Waqif, dining options is never going to be an issue other than where. However, the hotel itself also has excellent dining options if guests prefer to remain on site.
Metro system is literally at the Hotel’s back door, which enables reach almost you to will take you to almost anywhere you may wish to go, including the Airport.
