Family Eid Holiday
Pros:

It was the perfect Eid vacation, walking distance to souq waqif which we visited every night. The service of the staff were amazing, Ismail helped with collection of items before I arrived at the hotel, one of the staff serving Arabic coffee was so nice to my daughter as the life guard, Overall an outstanding hotel with amazing staff.

O Hotel era confortável e limpo, próximo ao Souk. Café da manhã farto e diversificado.

Quarto confortável, café da manhã farto e diversificado. No último dia como sairíamos antes do horário do café da manhã, prepararam uma marmita com os quitutes do café da manhã para levarmos, foi muito simpático.

Cons:

Check in demorado e liberação do quarto também, apesar de termos chegado em horário bem posterior ao anunciado para check in. Um dos casais teve que ficar em quarto com camas de solteiro. Davam preferência de atendimento às pessoas que falavam a língua nativa, foi um pouco desagradável. Foi o único hotel da nossa viagem de 22 dias que reteve nossos passaportes no check in e só devolveu no dia seguinte, isso nos deixou apreensivos, não achei correto.

Exceptional value for money in room quality and location
Pros:

The room and location were perfect, and especially for such a competitive rate. The room was large, AC worked well, bed very comfortable and bathroom very clean - I couldn't find any flaw with the room experience. The location also is extremely convenient - close to the metro station and Souq Wakif + Corniche
