Estadia tranquila, serviços ok, mas é possível melhorar muito
Pros:

Café da manhã ok, nada muito elaborado, mas bem servido. Sempre tem pão, geleia, bolo, salame, queijo, manteiga, ovos mexidos e salsicha. Também há café, chás, suco de laranja, iogurte e água.
O hotel é muito paisagístico e único, numa localização privilegiada da cidade.
A cama King Size do quarto é muito confortável e o ar condicionado bem silencioso e funcional.
Chuveiro quente, armário ok. Mesa e cadeira de trabalho razoáveis para uns dias. O básico funciona bem ok.
Tratamento da equipe foi bom.

Cons:

Quarto sem janela, apenas uma totalmente preta na parte do teto, inacessível e sempre fechada. Isso fez com que o quarto ficasse bastante "pesado", além de impossibilitar desfrute da vista da região que é bela.

Alguns resquícios de mofo nas paredes, latas de lixo sem tampa, não havia telefone para recepção do hotel no quarto.

Por conta da fechadura do quarto ser chave, acabava sendo desconfortável escutar as entradas e saídas do pessoal do corredor, isso também porque há pouco isolamento acústico para o corredor - ainda que nenhum outro barulho de outras fontes fosse perceptível.

A entrada do hotel em horários noturnos é ruim, visto que é necessário esperar do lado de fora e tocar campainha. Na primeira noite tive que esperar no frio e vento uns 2 minutos. Outro problema foi a sensação de insegurança com a dinâmica da entrada. Como as chaves ficam expostas na recepção e uma noite encontrei a porta da frente encostada sem que ninguém estivesse na sala da recepção, deu a sensação de que qualquer indivíduo pudesse entrar hotel a dentro e acessar os quartos.
