Good hotel but check out location!
Pros:

Large clean room on 10th floor
Free laundry
Quiet eventhough you can hear voices from next room
Good AC
Fair price
I had a good stay despite some defaults.

Cons:

Bed mat is too soft to my taste.
Location inside building with other companies like KTV.
Cigarette smell and butts in some elevators.
Environment not suitable for children.
