Nice boutique hotel.

The room was very nice, and cleanly. We only stayed for 2 nights and they came in and made the bed, changed all the towels and bins.

Cons:

We did have to park down in the Westfield Parramatta carpark due to the hotel one being full. However, we did book our stay the day of so it was not their fault.

Pros:

This hotel has become my home away from home. The staff are absolutely kind and beautiful people. And the rooms are very comfortable clean and cosy. And the hotel is close to everything u need. Plus they also have a buffet breakfast which smells and tastes great. I would recommend it to everyone.

Pros:

I had a wonderful five-night stay at Gladius Hotel. The front desk staff, Anish and Irish, were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. Their warm hospitality really made my stay even more enjoyable.

The hotel and the room were spotless, and both the bathroom amenities and kitchen facilities were well equipped with everything I needed. I felt very comfortable throughout my stay.

There are only two minor suggestions for improvement.

First, although the hotel is located on the street behind Westfield Parramatta, it is about a 10–15 minute walk from the train station, and most of the route is uphill. I wouldn’t recommend walking to the hotel with heavy luggage. Taking an Uber or taxi would be a much easier option.

Second, the television is not a Smart TV, so it doesn’t support apps such as Netflix or YouTube. If Smart TVs could be installed in the future, it would make the guest experience even better.

Overall, I had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend Gladius Hotel to anyone visiting Parramatta. Thank you again to Anish and Irish for your outstanding service. I would be very happy to stay here again in the future.
