Location and staff excellent. The kitchen facilities.

Cons:

If you're going to put two single beds together, make sure anyone in them can't fee the join between them. Also, the sink is deeply un-ergonomic, with the cupboard above it and it being very deep. Also, no indication on the tap of which way to put it for hot or cold.

VIP Treatment always

Everything the staff go above and beyond always you get treated like a VIP Rupesh is amazing showing amazing offers and always offers me a glass of water seeing a have a walking frame he gives me some time to relax and check in his so polite and knowledgeable of the area his amazing deserves a raise and Max offering breakfast and looking after us on day two I can not fault these staff members they are amazing and this is why I say this is the best hotel in Parramatta it's very clean and stylish and the beds are so comfortable I have a bad back I don't need my pain meds when I stay here as the bed is so supportive and comfortable I have never experienced such a comfortable bed I've stayed in many hotels I will say this one you will not be disappointed from the moment you walk in trust me you won't want to leave it's a short walk to Westfield and transport restaurants and much more I can not fault this hotel at all don't believe me stay a night and you will know how luxurious and how well treated you are you will not regret staying here
