Friendly staff and a quiet stay in central Parramatta
Pros:

Great, quiet place despite central location in Parramatta, and lovely staff.

Cons:

The design of the bathroom meant water pooled under where the door opens, which I could see is damaging the wood of the door over time.

The room was clean, tidy and has all the amenities one needs during the stay. The reception staff is very welcoming.. This is definitely my new favourite place to stay when I am in Sydney.

a very pleasant, clean, and comfortable room. would stay again!
Pros:

the bed was so nice. i also liked the cleanliness of the room and how fancy it felt for the price, and the staff were very nice. i also loved the close proximity to Westfield and the train station!

Cons:

i didn't like the lack of fresh air available to the room and i also didn't like the short shower screen as water ended up all over the floor after a shower :(

Excellent, comfortable, friendly, close to shops, very clean.
Pros:

Even though it was a Main Street it was very quiet.
The room was Spartans having a cooktop and microwave saved me buying out expensive food.
Water in the shower was hot.

Cons:

Parking a bit tricky and limited but it was ok.

There wasn’t anything about the place that I didn’t like but I will only add that the beds are very uncomfortable. They’re too hard.

Pros:

Love the ambience ,how modern it looks inside.the gentleman was very helpful last night.

Cons:

Close to the road and intersection, the noise is abit annoying .and my room was next to the checkin desk,it was noisy in the morning
