Ottima posizione, check in e checkout molto rapidi

Cons:

La palestra in realtà è una piccola sala, con il parquet danneggiato purtroppo.

La disponibilité des agents et l’emplacement par rapport à mes besoins de formation

Cons:

La qualité du ménage. Le lit sentait toujours la poussière. Les toilettes étaient mal nettoyées et les taies et draps de lit n’étaient pas changées tout au long du séjour.

Porte qui s'ouvre et se ferme difficilement,TV et téléphone qui ne marchent pas,eau qui ne coule pas dans le lavabo.le pire c'est la non réactivité du personnel.j'ai dû me pointer à la reception pour que les personnes bougent un peu.

Pros:

The location was ideal. Staff was very helpful. Room was clean

Cons:

The breakfast could be better. Scrambled eggs were soggy and cold, beans were cold. Croissants were nice. Didn’t expect to pay an additional 27 euros on city tax.

Pros:

L'emplacement et le parking

Cons:

La moquette très sale, le sol de la salle de bain également, et les serviettes déchirées pour un hôtel de ce type.
Le personnel est gentil mais il faut demander plusieurs fois pour avoir satisfaction exemple demande de changer les serviettes ou bien la télécommande.
C'est dommage
