Great location
Pros:

The location was ideal. Staff was very helpful. Room was clean

Cons:

The breakfast could be better. Scrambled eggs were soggy and cold, beans were cold. Croissants were nice. Didn’t expect to pay an additional 27 euros on city tax.

Pros:

L'emplacement et le parking

Cons:

La moquette très sale, le sol de la salle de bain également, et les serviettes déchirées pour un hôtel de ce type.
Le personnel est gentil mais il faut demander plusieurs fois pour avoir satisfaction exemple demande de changer les serviettes ou bien la télécommande.
C'est dommage

the receptionist who was with Ahmad the day we checked in was hostil for reasons i didnt understand. Its been a month and so and I still think that she needs to be fired for her attitude and judgement towards me and my mom. However, Taha was the sweetest and I really appriciated him :D

Looks decent but poorly maintained.
Pros:

Reasonable location from main train station

Cons:

No secure bag storage before check in, bags were simply left beside the reception with anyone able to access it without question, despite it being a massive building and lobby - one would assume there’s a room somewhere.
Dirty and dated carpets, small bugs and spiders were found.
Hardware and fixtures are of decent quality but it’s not well looked after nor maintained properly.
Two of the two lamps in the room were broke and not usable. No ceiling light so room was very dim.
Did not stock us with towels, and when we asked for it, we were sent towels that were meant to be white but aren’t white, the colour looks like it’s been used as a floor mop and fraying edges on all sides.
The soap dispenser in the shower was completely missing its cartridge rendering it to be useless.
Toilet seat was loose.
The small bin in the toilet had a faulty step lever making it almost useless.
The closed window was poorly sealed and not sound proof. You can hear things outside including constant tram noises as if the window is open.
No amenities like no kettle or cups.

Pros:

Disponibilité des femmes de ménage, particulièrement Mme NAZHA FAISIR pour ses bons soins et sa gentillesse.

Cons:

Odeur nauséabonde des toilette à mon arrivé mais qui a été pris en charge
Dispositif de gel est à revoir vu le standing de l'hôtel
