Pros:

This is a great option for groups of friends who are not looking for 5 star comfort but want good facilities in a great location. Very central in the port with all of the bars and restaurants within 2 minutes walk.

Poor accommodation standards and very noisy

I recently stayed at the Harbour Club in Duquesa and unfortunately it didn’t live up to what I expected for the price. The apartment itself was very basic, old furniture, minimal fixtures and fittings, and overall it felt quite empty and dated. For the cost, I expected something more comfortable and better maintained.

The biggest issue, though, was the noise. The surrounding bars play loud music late into the night, and it went on until around 2am every evening. Even with the windows closed, it was impossible to get a proper night’s sleep. If you’re looking for somewhere peaceful or family‑friendly, this isn’t the place.

The noise levels just don’t match the price being charged. I would expect far more for the cost.

Cons:

Está muy bien ubicado pero es una zona de ocio donde hay muchísimo ruido y no se puede descansar por las noches, ni siquiera abrir las ventanas, teníamos que dormir con el aire acondicionado.

Pros:

Matt is a gem. He was so kind and understanding when we had problems which prevented us arriving on the designated day and tried to make it up to us. We really appreciated his efforts.

Cons:

Nothing is wrong with the apartment but it lacks character and is a little clinical. I found the bed very uncomfortable but am an insomniac and probably not the best person to judge

We weren't disappointed
Pros:

Right in the middle of Duquesa Port, Accommodation was large, much more kitchen and ancillary equipment for a Self catering Apartment than you would expect. Loads of parking. Apartment and building itself was kept in great condition. Spotlessly clean. Comfiest beds ever. AC worked a treat. TV was multi lingual (always and added bonus). Matt (Accom Manager) was awesome, couldn't do enough for us. Building was secure. check-in check out process flawless. We would definitely stay there again.
