The design of the reception area resulted in queues forming. It gave the impression of checking into student accommodation rather than a 4 star hotel.
Our executive room was superb. Renoir. Breakfast lunch all good. Location great for botanical gardens. This is a conference centre as well as a hotel, and it felt good to see guests interacting for their meetings etc. Staff friendly helpful. Definitely would come again.
