Super high quality facilities and staff. Access to the university pool and gym was a massive bonus. Better than expected.

As expected very corporate, very obvious in public places as a single traveler felt out of place, hence room service breakfast. .

Lovely building and decor. Clearly someone with a brain designed it. Gym and 8 min walk. Right in. the heart of activity for Birmingham University. Next to Edgbaston Golf Club and Edgbaston Priory Club. Easy access to trains and electric charge points. Fully secure car park.

Parking was a bit of an effort- could do with more parking space
El hotel es muy lindo y está situado en una zona arbolada y llena de flores. Sus instalaciones como bar, exteriores y restaurante son muy lindas y agradables. Hay mucha paz en la zona.
Lo único que me faltó es una heladera para guardar alguna bebida o yogurt en la habitación.
Modern, clean, secure
Very comfortable. Helpful staff. Clean throughout. Stayed to be near a relative in the QE Hospital, good location for that, £6 taxi fare or a 15 mins walk.
Only minor issue, a couple of the tv channels weren't clear to watch. However as I say not really a big deal for me just an annoyance.

Poor booking in . Made us late for graduation. Given “upgrade “ but it had no air conditioning on one of the hottest days of the summer

Good location, lots of parking, nice bar area. Spacious rooms and great air con. We got married here so do favour it.
Parts of room look a little tired with scuffs and marks on walls etc. I get this happens but there were quite a few marks in our room.
