Disclaimer: This is my personal review and experience based on my stay at Holiday Inn Express Matraman.
I can never complain about the amount I paid for this hotel. It was really reasonable considering that breakfast was included. The staffs were great and friendly. However, the bed looks newly washed but obvious stains that looks like it has been there for sometime now. So, I called the housekeeping department to change my linens which they did only after 35minutes after I called. Yes, 35 minutes after my call only did the staff came to my room to change it. The bath towels where smelly bad -- and they look like they have been very old towels -- not white anymore rather they look like light gray in color -- smelling bad. But the bed was ok and pillows were great too. Overall it wasnt a bad hotel anyway.

اول يوم قدوم دخلت الغرفة مكتومه فيها ريحة سيئية لم تكنس الارضيه ولم تغير ملايات السرير فقط تم ترتيبها وواكياس النفيه فقط يشيل منها الاوساخ والمكيف كان فيه زي الكربون واختفت ثاني يوم طبعا طلبنا منهم تغير مفارش السريروغيروها بسرعه مكان الصابون بلحمام غير نضيف والكرسي يحتاج تجديد او تنضيف جيد الفطوراسيوي بحث مافي كرسون ومخبوزات غير توست ومني برجر حتى علبة الحليب كانت غريبه وملتصق فيها حليب
The bed was soft and comfortable, and the staff were friendly. Room cleaning was occasionally delayed, but overall the experience was positive.

I liked everything. It's location is good. Hotel is very clean and comfortable. Staff is very nice and helping. Fantastic experience.
Breakfast can be improved. The so called fruit juice appeared very watery, full of ice cubes and spuked with sugar. Also for vegetarians, a very limited choices. Still overall ok.
Excellent. ENDANG helped in particular to install Grab that was awesome and useful.
