The property was exceptionally clean, and we would like to extend our sincere thanks to the housekeeping team for their outstanding work. The receptionist was highly professional, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. We particularly enjoyed the outdoor terrace, which provided a wonderful atmosphere, and the waitress delivered prompt and efficient service. It was also greatly appreciated that all staff members spoke English, making communication effortless. Overall, we had an excellent experience and felt truly well cared for.

Pros:

Чудовий готель: щоденне прибирання та поповнення запасів, зміна рушників. Дуже привітливий персонал. Допомогли з питаннями та роздрукували файли.

Персонал не попереджає про ремонтні роботи в готелі під час check in!
Cons:

Під час заселення в готель мене нажаль не попередили, що у них ведуться ремонтні роботи з використанням дрелі та перфоратора. Тому з 8:00 години ранку почався дуже активний нестерпний шум від дрелі та перфоратора та нестерпний запах та пил в номері, тому відпочити не вдалося нажаль!Після звернення на рецепцію - мені пояснили що у них ремонт в готелі! Тому я не відпочив та виїхав з готелю з головним болем!
