Nice place
Pros:

Fabulous location
Very clean most staff are friendly
Lovepy large breakfast choice

Cons:

Coffee machine at breakfast was a little slow and poor
Sunbeds need a clean looking a little tired by the pool area
One grumpy staff member on reception and in the evening at the bar felt we were putting him out asking for a coffee at 10.45 when the bar closes at 11 and he had cleaned the coffee machine!

No tiene buena relación precio-calidad
Pros:

El personal es amable y la ubicación es relativamente buena.

Cons:

El horario del desayuno es se 8 a 10. Estaría bien que fuera más extenso.
La nevera de la habitación se apagaba si quitabas la tarjeta.
Había mucho olor a producto de limpieza en todo el hotel, un olor demasiado invasivo.
La política de cambio de toallas de playa no es muy cómoda.

Excellent location to walk to 3 different Cala's!
Pros:

Excellent location, walking distance to 3 Cala's and all the shops and restaurants around Cala d'or. It was so lovely being so close to the Cala's, it only took 5-17 minutes to visit them. There was an abundance of food options to eat lunch and dinner and so many shops for all your beach supplies that were decently priced. The hotel was excellent, all the hotel staff were so friendly especially Cecelia, who gave us many recommendations on what to do around the island. She was so helpful, friendly and always greeted us with a smile, no matter what time of the day! Breakfast exceeded our expectations, there was so much variety for food options and many healthy options too which you don't typically see. LOVED staying here and would highly recommend!

Pros:

The staff were extremely nice and helpful with whatever we needed, loved the 180 bed and the firmness of the mattresses. The hotel was also quite quiet, which I don’t believe I’ve experienced before: a very nice stay overall, would definitely recommend it!

Perfect verblijf in hartje Cala d’Or!
Pros:

Superfijn hotel midden in het centrum van Cala d’Or! Onwijs veel restaurants, bars en ook diverse cala’s op loopafstand. Het personeel is onwijs vriendelijk & behulpzaam. De kamers zijn schoon en het ontbijt was heerlijk! Ook het zwembad zag er keurig uit. Ik zou er zo weer terugkeren!

Cons:

De kamers hadden nét iets ruimer mogen zijn, maar waren prima.
