A cama desconfortável , creio que já tenha um bom tempo de uso. ( Recepcionistas sempre de cara fechada ) poderiam ser mais gentis

Decepção e não pretendemos retornar e nem indicar.

Localização boa.

Cons:

Foram encontradas baratas pequenas no quarto.
Controle de temperatura do ar condicionado não funciona.
Pagamos o café da manhã a parte(já sabíamos disso), porém a comida sem muito gosto e sem muita opção, melhor comer fora.
Um hotel no nordeste, desse porte e não servem praticamente nada da região nordestina.
Esperávamos mais do hotel.

A localização é de super fácil acesso, com comércio ao redor, um lago lindo, a instalação é totalmente limpa, o quarto estava super cheiroso quando cheguei, tudo bem limpinho, roupas de cama completamente cheirosas. O atendimento da recepção, copeiras e faxineiras, todos muito educados. Eu amei a minha experiência!

Cons:

Apenas observei uns móveis com os "pés inchados" provavelmente por conta de água na hora da limpeza, porém isso não afetou absolutamente nada na minha estadia e experiência. A unica coisa que deixo de feedback é sobre o chuveiro. Fora a isso, nada a reclamar.

Tive que esperar 3 ônibus fazer entrada no hotel , para poder ser atendido chegar no quarto 3 camas para quatro pessoas cama muito mole velha vazamento de água.por todo hotel estado do hotel muito acabado controle do ar condicionado não tem pessoas responsável pelo restaurante fica conversando com atendente tempo todo e clientes entrando na cozinha para perguntar dúvidas parte que sai café e leite muito sujo não tem estacionamento se estiver lotado seu carro fica na rua ou seja não recomendo muita decepção
