Boa estadia
Pros:

Localização bem central, próximo de tudo inclusive do museu Imperial, bom café da manhã, tudo muito limpo, bom banheiro com chuveiro quente e muita água, funcionários muito atenciosos e simpáticos. Boa estadia

Atendimento e comunicação muito boa. A localização para o que precisava foi ótima também. Café da manhã bem servido e bastante justo para o perfil do Hotel.

Cons:

Como comprei em feriado o custo benefício não foi tão bom para a localização e quarto.

Pros:

O local é confortável e muito bem localizado. Há restaurantes, padarias e pontos turísticos próximos, o que permite fazer vários passeios a pé. O hotel também conta com estacionamento próprio, o que é um ponto muito positivo para quem vai de carro, especialmente porque as ruas da região possuem cobrança de estacionamento e limite de permanência.

Cons:

O único ponto negativo foi que pegamos temperaturas mais baixas durante os dias em que estivemos na cidade, e a acomodação conta com um chuveiro elétrico que não tinha potência suficiente para aquecer a água adequadamente para o frio que estava fazendo.

A proximidade do evento q estava ocorrendo, no caso a Bauernfest.

Cons:

Acesso aos quartos por escadas, não tem elevador.
Talheres de plástico no café da manhã!
Nunca vi isso antes em qualquer hotel ou pousada!

Os funcionários são muito educados e prestativos! A localização é ótima para quem quer ficar próximo ao centro de Petrópolis

Cons:

Há quartos com janela para frente ao terminal de ônibus. Infelizmente, em dias movimentados, o isolamento não parece ser muito bom.
