Very good hotel with excellent customer service
Overall, I had a very positive experience at this hotel and I would definitely recommend it.
A couple of days into my stay, the hot water suddenly stopped working in my room. As soon as I contacted the reception, they reacted immediately and moved me to another room. I wasn’t completely happy with the first replacement room, as the bed seemed smaller, the TV was older, and there was no coffee machine, although a coffee machine was brought to me shortly afterwards.
When I explained the situation to the hotel, they were very attentive and moved me again to a more comfortable room. It was approximately the same size, but had a bigger and more comfortable bed, a better TV and a coffee machine. I really appreciated how quickly and professionally the staff responded to my concerns.
What impressed me even more was what happened the following evening. I came back from a day trip and found a lovely card with my name on it and a box of macarons as a gift from the hotel. It was such a thoughtful gesture and a very pleasant surprise. It really showed that they care about their guests and their experience.
The location is also very convenient — around a 7–8 minute walk from the Old Town. The beaches are a little further away; walking takes approximately 20 minutes depending on the beach, so in many cases taking a taxi is more convenient.
I didn’t have breakfast at the hotel, so I can’t comment on it.
Despite the issue with the hot water, the way the hotel handled the situation completely changed my impression. Excellent customer service, attentive staff and a very thoughtful approach to guests. I would happily stay here again.

Pros:

Nice reception, cool air all over the hotel, large rooms, comfy bed and excellent buffet breakfast.
Front office staff were extremely helpful, polite and attended to all requests throughout the stay.

Cons:

Minor things; no coffee in room but only tea and sugar. Once eggs for breakfast came out at 7.25 when breakfast starts at 7am. TV only Croation channels. Hotel is around a 10 minute walk from the palace and riva.

Cons:

Bathroom needs renovation! Shower had no water pressure. There was no mineral water in the room, minibar was empty. I would not give a 4 star to this hotel.

מיקום 10 דקות הליכה מהעיר העתיקה. שוקק חיים. חדרי משפחה מדהימים נקיים יפים ומעוצבים. ארוחת בוקר מעלפת ואוו הכל . עיצוב מהמם. צוות מחויך בעיקר מנהלת האירוח במטבח . חניה צמודה למלון. תמורה מלאה למחיר. רק המלון הזה בספליט.
