Great location- need to keep up cleaning and will be fabulous
Pros:

Location is fabulous and perfect walking distance to tram

Cons:

Went to pull back the sheet and it grabbed the bottom sheet which disclosed that there was no underlay on the bed and the mattress was absolutely filthy.

Also the kids walked around with bare feet and it didn’t take long for their feet to be black! Floors were really dirty too.

The windows out the the balconies were also filthy and couldn’t really see out of them.

No room service on Sunday of which we weren’t aware of

No slippers provided in the hotel. Also, water was coming off from the shower cabin every time we had a shower, making the bathroom wet

Holiday Melbourne
Pros:

We had a very enjoyable stay at the Quest Newquay. So convenient for tram into the city and plenty of great restaurants locally for dinner. Shopping nearby too, couldn’t fault it. We nearly always stay in Quest hotels and this one didn’t disappoint.

Great facilities and central location
Pros:

Great room and very good central location to everything but quiet as well.

Cons:

Not many cafes close by. That may be because it was the weekend so unsure if busier during the week.

We had a great time, we will definitely stay here again.
Pros:

Ideal location, lots of places to get a coffee and also dinner in the evening. Tram stop was so close too for getting into the city.
