Гарний готель поруч з морем, старим містом, відмінно
Pros:

Номер величезний. Здоровенний холодильник. Два туалета ( ніхто в черзі не стоїть зранку), вигляд на колесо огляду, близько до моря, підземний паркінг, поруч торговий центр.

The parking and food needs some more work
Pros:

The location. It was close to the Old Town and to the shopping centres. The room was quite big and the bed was comfortable

Cons:

I had to pay an additional 20 euro for parking. It's really noisy outside as the hotel is in a really busy part of the town. The breakfast was not good and definitely needs some work. It could be fresher

Unfortunately, we did not have a good experience at this hotel.

When we arrived at around 9:30 p.m., our room was still not properly prepared. I had emailed the hotel that morning to remind them that we had booked a twin room, but only one bed was ready. The sofa bed had not been prepared, and the bathroom had not been properly cleaned.

I asked the receptionist to come up and take a look. He was very kind and apologised, but unfortunately, there was no alternative room available. I had to make the sofa bed myself. When I pulled it out, I found dust and dirt behind it, including things that appeared to have been left by previous guests.

I would like to mention that the gentleman working the night shift when we arrived was lovely, polite and helpful. He provided us new sheets However, unfortunately, our communication with some of the other staff the following morning was disappointing. They seemed unwilling to speak with us and sometimes simply walked away when we tried to ask questions.

That said, the hotel has a wonderful location, and the room itself was large, spacious and airy. Our main concerns were the cleanliness of the room and the communication with some members of staff.

I hope the hotel takes this feedback constructively, as the location and size of the rooms are excellent, and with better cleanliness and customer service, the experience could be much better.

We booked the Penthouse Suite in WOW Hotel, Budva and had a pretty mixed experience. Let's start with the highlight: the air conditioning. It was an absolute lifesaver and worked flawlessly in every single room.

Unfortunately, that is where the luxury ended. Despite our room description explicitly promising a 'Tea/Coffee maker' and an 'Electric kettle', the reality was much bleaker. As someone who appreciates a proper morning brew to start the day, it was incredibly disappointing to find no coffee machine, a completely dead kettle, and not even a single teaspoon in the room. To make mornings worse, the included breakfast was very poor.

But the absolute kicker was the highly anticipated "hot tub" on the terrace. Take a look at my photo. Instead of a relaxing soak, we were greeted by a murky, green biology experiment. The water was completely stagnant, and it was entirely unusable. When we asked the staff about our private lagoon, they claimed there was a leak affecting the room below and promised it would be fixed the very next day. Spoiler alert: nobody ever came to fix it. Whenever we tried to follow up, they conveniently had no answers and just dodged the question.

A quick heads-up on the parking situation, too. The hotel does have parking, but if you come back late in the evening, the lot gets completely full. It becomes a serious headache trying to squeeze a larger estate car in there after a long day out.

Overall, it is a great spot if you just want to sit indoors in the cold air conditioner, but it definitely fell short of the penthouse experience they advertised.

Pros:

Die Zimmer sind groß genug und die Betten komfortabel. Die Aussicht vorallem abends von der Dachterasse ist wunderschön

Das Hotel ist eigentlich schön gemacht jedoch wird es leider nicht genug Instandhehalten. An vielen Stellen sieht man das unbedingt was gemacht werden müsste. Siehe Bilder. Für den Preis erwartet man mehr. Der Rooftop-Pool ist nicht nutzbar weil das Wasser zu ekelhaft aussieht. Der Pool war für uns einer der Gründe warum wir uns für das Hotel ursprünglich entschieden haben. Außerdem ist es oben nur für Erwachsene. Es sind keine Kinder erlaubt. Geöffnet ist es auch nur abends. Das Frühstück ist ok. Um das Hotel sind momentan leider zu viele große Baustellen.

Hello, I would like to mention one issue regarding the room key. There were two guests staying in the room, my wife and me, but we were given only one key. Normally, when two people stay in one room, two keys are provided for convenience. Having only one key was inconvenient for us. Could you please explain why only one key was provided? Rahat, yakın, temiz, samimi
Pros:

Hotel konumu çok merkezi. Old Town ve plajlara yakın. Otobüs terminalı 10-15 dk yürüme mesafesinde. Diğer yerlere gitmek açısından önemli. Hotel etrafında restoran ve kafelere ulaşmak kolay. Resepsiyon karşılama ve ilgi çok samimi ve nazik. Standart oda büyüklük ve konfor açısından standart otel odalarının çok çok üzerinde. Evinizde gibi rahat ediyorsunuz. Budva ya tekrar gelişimde burada kalmayı tercih edeceğim. Çok memnun kaldık. Teşekkürler.
