Замечательный отель, который оставляет исключительно позитивные впечатления! Останавливались здесь и остались очень довольны качеством сервиса. Персонал невероятно вежливый, отзывчивый и внимательный к деталям любой вопрос решается мгновенно. В номере царит чистота, интерьер очень уютный, внутри есть абсолютно всё необходимое для комфортного проживания.

Отдельно хочется выразить искреннюю благодарность Ларисе и Оксане. Огромное спасибо за ваш высокий профессионализм, оперативность в работе и настоящую, искреннюю заботу о гостях)) Именно благодаря таким сотрудникам в отель хочется возвращаться снова и снова.

Location is bad, rooms are small, but there is an old woman with glasses there. God knows if she is a manager or what, she pushes you to cancel your reservation and pay her directly. She also offers free breakfast for 1 day if we accept it but we thought it was risky. Because booking.com also has our credit card details and we afraid to accept her offer not to be charged twice. She started to shout at us when we did not accept her offer and we just took our keys and went to our room. All travellers must be careful about that old woman

THE ONLY THING I WANT TO SHARE WITH OTHER TRAVELLERS TO BE CAREFUL WITH THE BLOND OLD WOMAN BEHIND RECEPTION. SHE IS OFFERING TO CANCEL THE RESERVATION AND MAKE PAYMENT DIRECTLY TO HOTEL WITH DISCOUNT. WE DID NOT ACCEPT IT BECAUSE MAYBE BOOKING.COM WOULD RECHARGE TO US. SO SHE LOOKES LIKE A SCAMMER. BOOK ANOTHER HOTEL BECAUSE THE LOCATION IS VERY BAD

Тихий, ухоженный отель. Все продумано до мелочей, даже для бюджетного варианта
Pros:

Локация действительно отличная. В шаговой доступности центральная площадь и парк Панфилова. Много кафе с кухней разных национальностей и магазинов. Банки тоже рядом.

Location is far. No swimming pool. Indoor pool and sauna was not working. The old woman with blond hair is very rude. If you do not cancel your booking and make reservation directly from her, she makes you feel uncomfortable with her eyes. Just ignore that woman and make most of it
