El desayuno no es muy variado pero todo lo preparan muy bien y super rico

Cons:

El aseo es muy deficiente; todos los dias encontramos cabellos en el baño...
Toallas "limpias" con pelos enredados; recomendé esto dos dias a las señoras de la limpieza pero siguió pasando.
Una noche en la cena en el mismo plato me salieron dos pelos diferentes

Maravilhosa pelo atendimento recebido.
Pros:

Do atendimento da Alison e da Deisy, o pessoal do restaurante no café da manhã, todos muito simpáticos e solicitos, boa vontade em entender os mistos pedidos, pois não falamos inglês e conseguimos nos comunicar perfeitamente.

Cons:

Apenas detalhes, como a porta de correr no banheiro, sei que é padrão, mas realmente sempre fica frestas.

The check person was very rude and unkind she was rude right from the beginning I came in with smiles and ready to enjoy my stay the other staff was great I don’t remember her name but I checked in that Friday the 7th around 6:09 my name is Bridgett Rutledge room 408 I’ve never experienced such rude behavior I just was trying to hurry up and get through checking in I spoke with two other employees to let them know that I had experienced a bad situation they were very kind and said that they were sorry I originally asked for management but wasn’t there I’m just shocked by the treatment that I received this was supposed to be a joyful welcome and it wasn’t
