Summer Senses Luxury Resort

What should have been a relaxing hotel stay turned into one of the most unpleasant hospitality experiences I’ve ever had.
The most ridiculous part of the stay was being told we were not allowed to order from the room service menu while sitting at a table in the hotel restaurant — despite the food coming from the exact same kitchen, and despite the restaurant being almost completely empty. Instead of handling the request professionally or with any flexibility, both the hotel manager and reception manager responded with sarcasm, rudeness, and a completely dismissive attitude.
It was honestly shocking to witness management behave in such an unwelcoming and arrogant manner toward paying guests.
What makes this even more disappointing is that many of the other staff members were absolutely lovely — warm, polite, and clearly embarrassed by the behaviour of management. Several employees showed genuine kindness and professionalism, which unfortunately was completely overshadowed by the attitude at the top.
A hotel is defined by how guests are treated, and in this case the management made the entire stay feel uncomfortable and unwelcome.
Overall, this was a dreadful experience and I would strongly warn others against booking this hotel. There are far better places to stay where guests are treated with basic respect and courtesy.

Location, facilities, view over ocean and Naxos island. Amazing staff, extremely friendly, helpful and consummate professionals. Great main restaurant - even if Galazia Hytra was still closed that early in season.

I have NEVER been to a hotel where the staff was so helpful and attentive and cleanliness was such a priority! This includes various Four Seasons, St Regis' and other upper scale resorts. This resort is the best place to stay in Paros! Most rooms have some sort of view of the sea and are spacious. There are multiple pools and a great spa.. We stayed for 10 days and it was absolutely wonderful. We booked well in advance and got a great rate. We were there in mid-May, so before crazy season starts. There were times when we had the pool to ourselves and the restaurant. Each of the staff took the time to greet us, make sure we had what we needed and were taken care of in every way. Special shout out to Alex, the bellman, the Barrista, and Lina, the hostess in the restaurant each morning. And Chef Yiannis produced amazing dishes and hosted a wonderful cooking class that my wife and I attended. I have never seen hotel staff actively mopping the pool deck, but every day, staffers were patrolling the pool with a mop and touching up spots they deemed in need of a mop! Each day, our room was freshly mopped and boxed water and towells were replinished twice each day. We enjoyed our stay immensly and will be back on our next visit to Paros!

Beautiful location .. gorgeous room and resort. Their conceirge was exceptional. All the staff was amazing. Mimi and Natalia was a great arranging taxis, dinner reservations, and activities. Would go back in a heartbeat

The Summer Senses experience was excellent. The pools are gorgeous and the beach club is a great alternative - an easy walk down the hill. The staff was very responsive and accommodating. The breakfast was very impressive. The location is great - feels quiet and apart, but it’s close to the nearest town, which has several nice restaurants on the water. Naoussa is an easy 20 minute drive that we did a few times. We had a wonderful stay and will be recommending the hotel to friends and family. Thank you to the Summer Senses staff for a wonderful experience!

Accommodations are amazing - from the lobby, to the restaurant to the pool. Service was amazing. Concerisge Mimi was the best and helped us with travel plans, restaurants, art galleries and navigating the island. Loved it here!

Summer Senses is a wonderful resort the rooms are very nice the pool although a little chilly is beautiful. The included breakfast has many delicious options to try. And is delicious. The best thing about the resort are the staff. Kind, courteous and always willing to please.
Mimi the concierge is a delightful person she helped to make our trip a truly memorable experience. Nek, for short the evening bartender was amazing as he listened to our stories and shared many of his with us.
5 star plus and would highly recommended a stay at summer Senses.

Shout out to Mimi, the concierge. She helped us with transfers, went out of her way to find us a last minute cooking class, helped us rent ATV’s and make dinner reservations. She was cheerful and a difference maker. Also, the breakfast here is sensational. We also enjoyed the pool top bar at the pool. The lat night we ate at their fine dining restaurant and it was our favorite meal of the trip. I was slightly worried about being farther away from a port and activity, but the beauty and serenity of this place are worth the 15-25 minute drive to get anywhere. After visiting seaports and towns I do believe this was the best option for Paros. I would highly recommend it

Summer Senses is pure luxury. The resort is beautiful and peaceful, and every single staff member went above and beyond to make us feel cared for. It was the perfect place to end our honeymoon trip and being tucked away from the main tourist areas was even better.
