Kein Balkon/Austritt, Fesmter nir auf Kipp zu öffnen, Rauchen am Fenster nicht möglich. Doppelbett gebucht, Zimmer mit Dritten Kinderbett über dem Doppelbett (hochbett) bekommen. Kein Kühlschrank im Zimmer

My favourite hotel for when I travel to Berlin for work reasons location is quite okay, but the facilities are great. The rooms are clean, and everything you need is there. It is fairly quiet, breakfast is nice, and you generally have everything you need for a hotel.

Decent spot if you prioritize location, but don't expect much space for the price

The room was quite small and stuffy, you'll need the AC on or the window open the whole time. Not the best value for money, likely inflated by the location

Super hôtel, très propre, moderne, bien équipé. Personnel agréable. La literie est confortable. A noter, une cuisine est accessible au premier étage ! Je recommande vivement cet hôtel !

Cons:

Top Lage
Frühstück war ok. Gut, das Einzelreisende etwas separat sitzen konnten, da mehrere Schülergruppen im Haus waren
Zimmer für 2 Tage ok. Ansonsten sehr spartanisch eingerichtet. Wenigsten ein Becher zum Zähneputzen oder um etwas zu trinken wäre schon schön.

Cons:

Wenn ich keine Schulz-App laden möchte, fehlen mir ein paar Informationen. Vielleicht über das TV-Gerät anbieten?

Gute Lage, kleine Zimmer
Pros:

Ich habe eine Nacht im Schulz Hotel Berlin Wall verbracht und die Lage direkt am Ostbahnhof ist wirklich ein großer Pluspunkt. Die Anbindung an den ÖPNV könnte kaum besser sein. Das Hotel selbst wirkt modern und ist digital gut aufgestellt: Der Online‑Check‑in vorab funktioniert problemlos, Zusatzleistungen wie Frühstück lassen sich direkt mitbuchen und den Zugang zum Zimmer erhält man bequem aufs Handy. Besonders praktisch fand ich die Nachricht, sobald das Zimmer fertig ist – in meinem Fall sogar vor der offiziellen Check‑in‑Zeit.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war sehr klein und bot nur wenig Ablageflächen. Für kurze Aufenthalte ist das in Ordnung, für längere Reisen wäre es eher unpraktisch. Das Frühstück war solide, aber nichts Besonderes, und leider wirkte der Bereich teilweise ungepflegt. Tische, Auslagen und Getränkeautomaten hätten sauberer sein können, was den Gesamteindruck etwas getrübt hat. Etwas störend war zudem, dass nur wenige Fahrstühle zur Verfügung stehen. Zu den typischen An‑ und Abreisezeiten führte das zu Staus und längeren Wartezeiten auf den Etagen.
